Dunhuang poetry is not only an important part of Dunhuang literature,but also a shining pearl in the history of ancient Chinese literature.As the main body of Dunhuang poetry,Dunhuang poetry created in the Tang Dynasty is the largest in number,the most abundant in content,and also the most valuable part of research.The emergence of Dunhuang poetry has its profound historical reasons and historical background.It is not only a literary work,but also a refraction and reflection of social life at that time.Therefore,it is necessary to pay close attention to the historical information and characteristics of The Times reflected behind Dunhuang poetry.In view of this,this paper,on the basis of previous studies,takes the close connection between Dunhuang poetry and the secular society of the Tang Dynasty as the entry point to explore the various aspects of the secular society of the Tang Dynasty reflected behind Dunhuang poetry.Specifically,this paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter discusses the issues related to military service and official service in the Tang Dynasty reflected in Dunhuang poetry,focusing on the implementation of the military system in the Tang Dynasty and its influence on the people of different classes,and the feasibility of entering official service for people of different classes and identities in the Tang Dynasty.The second chapter the relationship between different ethnic groups involved in Dunhuang poetry,revealing the historical theme of large population,economic prosperity,political civilization and friendly coexistence and common prosperity among various ethnic groups in the Tang Dynasty.The third chapter mainly analyzes the classical secular figures and their characteristics in Dunhuang poetry,focusing on the influence of moral concepts and legal system in Tang Dynasty on the shaping of these figures and the relationship between them.The fourth chapter focuses on the city style,people’s life and the entertainment reflected in Dunhuang poetry.Through the study of Dunhuang poetry,we can have a more extensive and in-depth understanding of the overall appearance and characteristics of the secular society in the Tang dynasty.
