Since the birth of feature films, female screen image have become an inevitable existence in film creation. In traditional male-centered narratives, female characters are often mere narrative tools,or they are eroticized to achieve sensual pleasure for the male audience. The passive and viewed female characters make the female screen image lose its social function of mapping reality and its authenticity, richness and appeal as artistic images. With the development of equal rights movement and feminist theory, the voice for reshaping female screen image and giving female roles due value in film art is increasingly rising. At the same time, the strong spread of feminism gave birth to feminist film theory, which brought new inspiration to film creation practice, and also put forward new requirements for the development and perfection of film theory.Based on the feminist film theory and feminist narrative as the basic theoretical tool, the integrated use of a variety of theoretical results, using the method of qualitative research, this paper tries to analyze and comb out a method suitable for the shaping of general female screen images in the context of contemporary stories from the perspectives of constructing female images under Female Gaze, the comprehensive generalization of female characters, non confrontational gender conflict and the audio-visual expression of the unity of realism and creativity.Taking the graduation work Bye Younger me as an example, this paper explores and verifies the feasibility of this method from a practical point of view, hoping to provide reference for the movie creation practice, and make a beneficial exploration for the improvement of feminist film theory and feminist narratology creation theory system.
