Research On Building A Service-oriented Government With People’s Satisfaction From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

Historical materialism is a set of theories about the development of human society,a scientific view of social history and a scientific methodology for understanding and transforming society.Historical materialism points out that the fundamental reason for the occurrence of all historical events is the degree of material abundance,and the development of social history has its own inherent objective law.From the perspective of the historical materialism to study the characteristics,current situation and value of the construction of the people’s satisfied service government,to clarify the goal,content and approach of the construction of the people’s satisfied service government,is to grasp the historical materialism on the basic power and objective law of social development.The construction of service-oriented government is beneficial to keep the superstructure adapt to the development of economic base and to the various production relations adapt to the development of productive forces in the new era.Strictly follow the dialectical relationship of mutual penetration and interaction between subject and object in historical materialism,give full play to the main role of the masses in the construction of the people’s satisfaction of the service-oriented government,and effectively overcome the dilemma of the two sides of research horizon and research theme.The report to the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the principal contradiction in the new era has become the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life,which has provided reform impetus and value for the government reform in the new era.The building of a service-oriented government in the new era has enabled the people to achieve more comprehensive and three-dimensional development in the reform,and also gained a sense of happiness.It has rapidly increased the people’s satisfaction with the Party and the government’s national governance ability.
