Collection And Research Of Historical Materials On The Music And Art Of Lu Rirong

Lu Rirong,a famous music educator,erhu player,composer,conductor,and social activist,devoted himself to the development of traditional Chinese folk music,and made important achievements in many fields such as music education,erhu performance,music composition,music activities,and theoretical research.The article is based on a bibliographic perspective,and takes Lu Rirong and his musical art historical materials as the research object.By extensively collecting and organizing first-hand materials such as Lu Rirong’s works,literary treatises,and manuscripts,we will comprehensively and objectively sort out Lu Rirong’s musical career,analyze and explore the characteristics and values of Lu Rirong’s historical materials,and reproduce Lu Rirong’s artistic achievements and important contributions.The article consists of five parts.The introductory part is about the origin and significance of the topic,the current status of domestic research,and the clear direction of the article.The first chapter provides a comprehensive overview of Lu Rirong’s musical life according to the musical activities he engaged in during different periods,starting from the period of the Wen Gong Troupe(1948.10-1951.9)and the period of the Xi’an Conservatory of Music(1951.9-),respectively.The second chapter is about the collection and organization of the historical materials of Lu Rirong’s music and art,from his study notes,erhu education and teaching documents,music manuscripts and published works,academic research results,audio-visual and photographic materials of performances,social activities,and physical materials of awards and honors.The third chapter focuses on the collected historical materials of Lu Rirong’s music and art,analyzing and discussing the characteristics of diversity,professionalism,and rarity of Lu Rirong’s music and art,and discussing the documentary,professional,academic,and social values of Lu Rirong’s music and art.Based on the collection and organization of the historical materials of Lu Rirong’s musical art,the article discusses the contribution of Lu Rirong to the development of Chinese music education,providing a comprehensive historical foundation for in-depth research on Lu Rirong.
