Research On The Creation Of The Software And Hardware Checked Pets Product "Worry-Free Transport Pet"

Software and hardware pet consignment product "Worry-free Transport Pet" is a software and hardware integrated product that provides full-process services for users with pet consignment needs.The product has two parts: software and hardware products,the software product is a mobile application,and the hardware product is a smart pet shipping box.This paper elaborates on the design process and ideas of the software and hardware pet consignment product "Worry-free Transport Pet".In order to solve the problems in pet consignment,the author transformed and determined the main functions of the product through user interviews,questionnaires,user portraits and other user research methods and tools,according to the results of user research,and through competitive analysis and domestic and foreign research status,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of pet consignment products and the optimizable space,which provided guidance for the author’s design.Due to the different nature of the two products,the functional design and visual design are also different.The author designed the functional and visual aspects of the two products based on user pain points and needs,combined with competitor analysis results.In the design of mobile applications,according to the needs of users at different stages of pet shipping,different functional modules are divided,interface relationships are sorted out,clear information architecture and simple interaction design are designed,and flat visual design style is defined according to product positioning.Fresh page layout and intuitive interface element design are adopted to bring users a convenient and smooth operation experience.To ensure the safety of pets,the intelligent pet shipping box has set up functions such as door locks and monitoring,which can ensure the safety of pets.It has built internal facilities such as catering and excretion,providing a comfortable shipping environment for pets.It is also made of sturdy materials,a simple visual style,and a clear color combination to create a beautiful shipping environment.The software and hardware pet consignment product "Worry-free Transport Pet" breaks through the limitations of the single interactive experience of traditional mobile applications,and combines intelligent hardware products to complete the interactive experience.In line with the development trend of rapid growth of pet breeding volume and shipping volume in today’s society,it plays a positive guiding role in the safety,ease of use and sustainability of pet consignment.
