| Since the first year of VR in 2016,VR technology has provided new creative ideas for animation and enriched the display form of animation.In recent years,VR animations with various themes have rapidly occupied the domestic and foreign markets.At the same time,the research examples of specific audio-visual language and narrative techniques of specific VR animation are increasing year by year.There is few examples of making an in-depth analysis of VR animation at the narrative level,and then explores the new narrative mode and expression form of VR animation,so as to improve the artistry and aesthetic value of VR animation narration.This is also an important issue that VR animation creators need to break through.Through the in-depth exploration of the development process of VR animation and the origin and development stage of narrative theory,this thesis takes the most representative VR animation short films and practical works from 2016 to 2022 as research examples.Firstly,from the perspective of the audience,through the specific exploration of VR animation narrative perspective(including external perspective,internal perspective and omniscience perspective),as well as VR animation narrative techniques(including interactive narrative,branch narrative and panoramic narrative),and then extract the remarkable characteristics of VR animation narrative-plot fragmentation,theme diversification and experience individualization.Secondly,based on the perspective of the creators,by exploring the narrative characteristics of multiple clues in space,time and emotion and the blending of narrative elements,this thesis explores the reconstruction of the inverse narrative structure of VR animation,and then summarizes the characteristics of the anti-linear narrative structure of VR animation,that is,nonlinear,diversity,complexity and exploration.Finally,the main points of VR animation narration are summarized and emphasized through reflective summary,and then the future breakthrough degree and possibility of VR animation narrative elements and audience participation experience are predicted,in order to provide more ideas and theoretical reference value for the content creation of VR animation and the artistry and diversity of VR animation narration. |
