Research On The Creation Of Oil Painting On The Theme Of Rongcheng Fishing Port

As one of the important places for the supply of aquatic industry and the docking and transportation of materials,fishing ports play an important role in the fishing,processing and transshipment of fisheries.Weihai Rongcheng City is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is rich in fishery resources.Numerous fishing ports combined with the unique natural environment have formed a rich and diverse landscape,which provides favorable conditions for the artist’s oil painting creation.Therefore,painters present this natural style and customs in different styles of art forms on the picture through brushes,so that more people can understand the fishing port and feel the charm of the fishing port through painting.This paper is divided into three chapters,mainly from the connotation of fishing port culture,the main content and image characteristics of fishing port theme oil painting creation,etc.The first chapter first analyzes the material and spiritual connotations of fishing port culture:the material connotation is mainly discussed from the aspects of fishermen’s clothing culture,fishing village architecture and ship culture;The spiritual connotation mainly includes folk customs and the social value transmitted by the fishing port.Finally,the creation of oil paintings on the theme of fishing port is discussed.The second chapter discusses the main content and image characteristics of the creation of oil paintings on the theme of fishing ports:in terms of subject content,there are mainly specific depictions of fishermen,the sea and ships,etc,reflecting the scenes of fishermen living and working in peace and contentment and getting along with the sea;in terms of image characteristics,the image characteristics of ships and fishermen are mainly discussed.The third chapter analyzes the author’s Rongcheng Fishing Port series of oil paintings:from four aspects:the selection of subject matter,the collection and creation of materials,the expression method and the summary of experience.In short,through the research on the discussion and image characteristics of the creation of oil paintings on the theme of fishing ports,combined with the author’s Rongcheng Fishing Port series of oil paintings,the connotation of fishing port culture is discussed,and the value and significance of oil painting creation on the theme of fishing ports are further expounded,which provides a certain theoretical basis for painters to create oil paintings on this theme.
