The Nonprofessional Fan Fiction In The Internet Context Food Symbol And Place Construction:A Folkloristic Research On "Shandong Allium Fistulosum"

Chinese believe that "Food is the first necessity of the people ",diet satisfies the"appetite" of physiological level,and people’s eating behavior,even the entire diet system,has a conventional symbolic meaning.In the interaction between people and places in different places,different food symbols with their own characteristics are formed.Local food symbols are an important part of people’s local practice,which not only carries the relevant knowledge of local food production technology,cultural symbols,etc.,but also contains the local people’s collective memory and emotional experience on the place,presenting different "place-ness".Taking the representative food symbol "Shandong Allium Fistulosum" in Shandong as a case,taking the "place"that generate space for folklore as the starting perspective,and taking fieldwork and questionnaire survey as the data collection method,this paper analyzes the connotation of Shandong Allium Fistulosum food symbols,sorts out the relationship between "Shandong Allium Fistulosum" as a food symbol and "place","place-ness","place attachment" and shows how Shandong Allium Fistulosum,influenced by "self’and "other",make the Shandong people’s daily practice and local space dynamically change.The thesis consists of an introduction,a four-chapter text,and an epilogue.The introduction part explains the background and research methods of the topic selection,defines the concepts of "food symbols" and "place" involved in this paper,and sorts out the relevant research results on this basis.The first chapter introduces the botanical characteristics,ingredient characteristics and other material characteristics of Allium and "Shandong Allium Fistulosum",and based on personal experience,analyze the physical and emotional feelings brought about by the taste of Allium Fistulosum,which provides the background for the following.Chapter 2 enters the daily space of Shandong people,explains the main agricultural practice patterns and dietary practices of Shandong Allium Fistulosum,discusses the local historical memory of Shandong people about Allium Fistulosum,analyzes the cultural symbols presented by Shandong Allium Fistulosum in relevant local practices,and clarifies the Shandong people’s self-identity and local attachment constructed through Shandong Allium Fistulosum.The third chapter studies Shandong Allium Fistulosum under the intervention of others,explains the reasons and methods of the external impression of"Shandong Allium Fistulosum" food symbols,and sorts out the formation and spread of "Cong province" in the era of mobile Internet.Chapter 4 further analyzes how the"Shandong Allium Fistulosum" that under the gaze of the outside affects the local and external people’s"place-ness" and "place attachment".In this context,thoroughly depicted the rewriting of their daily lives by the Shandong people under the influence of Shandong Allium Fistulosum.The concluding part clarifies the context of this article,pointing out that the people of Shandong and the outside have different emotional experiences of Shandong Allium Fistulosum,and this emotional experience will act on the”place-ness" and "place attachment".Finally,the symbol’s significance of "Shandong Allium Fistulosum" to Shandong is emphasized again:"Shandong Allium Fistulosum" represents a kind of food symbol,which dynamically constructs a"place" in the spiritual sense by influencing the people’s "place-ness" and "place attachment".At the same time,it is also an important medium and basis for local people to carry out local practice and build the specificity of the place,And in this way,it promotes the connection between people and place in the sense of space.
