| With the rise of exercise psychology,the study of physical exercise and mental health has become an important field of psychological research.School physical education,as an important part of school education,plays an important role in the development of students’ mental health.As an important manifestation of mental health,school adaptation is of great significance for college freshmen at an turning point.Individuals with strong adaptability can regulate cognition,emotion and behavior constructively.Sports psychological factors play a pivotal role in college freshman’s school adaptation,which helps to promote students’ active participation in school sports activities and cultivate healthy lifestyles.This study explores the relationship among sports friendship,physical exercise involvement and college freshman’s school adaptation level in the context of physical exercise,and explores the mechanism of action between the three variable,which is helpful to explore the psychological mechanism of physical exercise and provides theoretical basis for improving freshmen adaptation through physical exercise.This paper is divided into two parts for research.In the first study,data collection is carried out by questionnaire method,and the first-year students of a university in Shandong Province are selected as the research objects to explore the relationship among sports friendship,physical exercise involvement and school adaptation of college freshmen,and processed and analyzed the date.In the second study,used outward bound training as intervention,and the experimental group and the control group are selected from the first study.The experimental group is subject to outward bound training,while the control group is not treated,and all the subjects will be analyzed before and after the test.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the health status of college freshman’s sports friendship,There are significant differences in physical exercise involvement in gender,single child or not,residence and health status,There are significant differences in school adaptation in gender and health status.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between college freshman’s sports friendship and physical exercise involvement and its dimensions,There is a significant positive correlation between college freshman’s sports friendship and school adaptation,Physical exercise involvement and its dimensions are positively correlated with freshman’s school adaptation.(3)College freshman’s sports friendship and exercise involvement positively predicted school adjustment,Sports friendships positively predict physical exercise involvement.(4)Physical exercise involvement of college freshmen plays a partial mediating role between sports friendship and school adaptation.(5)Outward bound training intervention technology can significantly improve the sports friendship level of college freshmen,and thus significantly improve the school adaptation. |
