| With the development of the popular science industry,popular science products are developing in the direction of gamification and fun.This paper focuses on the analysis theory of octagonal behavior for gamification design,sorts out the principles,feasibility and methods of the eight core driving forces,and compares other gamification theories at this stage to find a design scheme that is more suitable for gamification of popular science products,to provide more design ideas for popular science games,explore and practice in the design and application of popular science game products.This paper conducts research on different users through questionnaires and user interviews,excavates the learning needs of users,obtains the learning motivation of target users,and specifically stimulates users to participate in the eight core driving forces behind popular science learning.The gamification-driven model of the game,so as to design a popular science product that entertains and educates-"How Much Do You Know about Beidou",the game is aimed at enhancing the scientific literacy of the people,aiming at enhancing the public’s interest in learning,mainly around the national advanced The representative of technology:Beidou satellite navigation system is the theme,and it is designed by enhancing the corresponding driving force in different user journeys.Finally,this paper tests the actual value of the octagonal behavior analysis theory for improving popular science products under the scientific evaluation index,and confirms the role of the octagonal behavior analysis theory in the design of popular science games. |
