With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularization of mobile terminal devices,the threshold of information acquisition,dissemination and production has been greatly reduced,and fragmented resources overflow.Excessive information resources make people anxious about the arrangement of knowledge.With the awakening of the consciousness of independent learning,people begin to use the fragmented time to absorb and learn knowledge,fragmented learning mode emerges.However,the fragmented learning mode has the advantages of flexibility,but also has some limitations such as scattered knowledge content and weak correlation,which affect the learning effect.As a common medium for fragmented learning,information APPs provide users with rich content resources,but they cannot meet the needs of users for effective learning under the scenario of fragmented resources.Therefore,this study takes 36 kr APP as an example to design a knowledge fragmentation collating tool,to make up for the deficiencies of information APPs in assisting learning to a certain extent.It provides practical reference for the design of similar products.At the theoretical level,the current research on fragmented learning focuses on the development of teaching strategies and curriculum resources from the perspective of pedagogy.From the perspective of design,this study explores the needs of users from the perspective of users’fragmented learning scenes and behaviors,so as to enrich the theoretical system of fragmented learning.Based on the above background,this study starts from the purpose of improving the effect of fragmented learning,and reshapes the experience of fragmented learning through design.Firstly,by combing and analyzing the research status of fragmented learning,the concept of information APP,relevant learning theories and knowledge management theories,a research framework for fragmented learning is constructed based on the connectivism learning theory and the personal knowledge management theory.Secondly,after the literature study,a case study based on the research framework is carried out to analyze competing products of information APPs,reading learning APPs and knowledge management APPs with relevant functions,so as to understand the current situation of assisted learning functions and find the design breakthrough.Subsequently,the study of 36kr APP learning features is carried out,including using content analysis method to cluster 36kr articles to obtain content features,using user interviews and behavior observation method to obtain user learning scene features and learning behavior features,and summarizing users’ pain points and needs to propose design strategy and clarify the product definition.Finally,the preliminary design prototypes are carried out for the key functions.The advantages and disadvantages of the prototype are studied through the user experiment,and the prototypes are optimized based on the experimental results.Finally,the final design prototypes are iterated.The research results of this paper mainly include:(1)Through literature research,on the basis of connectivism learning theory and personal knowledge management theory,a theoretical framework including knowledge connection,communication and interaction,and knowledge storage is established to solve the problem of fragmented learning.(2)Three types of articles in 36kr APP,namely hot review articles,facts of knowledge articles,and news and fact articles,are analyzed by content analysis method and the characteristics of each type of articles are obtained.(3)The current situation of information APP learning and user needs are obtained by interview method and observation method.This paper propose the design strategies of knowledge fragmentation tools,such as content resource integration strategy to meet the learning scenarios,knowledge preservation strategy to refine the granularity of knowledge storage,knowledge association deepening strategy to trigger user behavior,knowledge visualization strategy to reduce cognitive load,and differentiation strategy for different article types.(4)The design prototypes of knowledge fragmentation collating tool based on 36 kr APP are designed,and the experiment verifies that the tool can improve the effect of fragmented learning.
