Research On The Optimization Of Embedded Rural Cultural Governance In Quanzhou

The facts of the cultural fault highlight the problem which is subject to the idea of emphasizing economy and neglecting culture in rural construction over the last decade,and the role of cultural governance in rural governance has not been fully played.In the process of carrying out the rural revitalization strategy in the New Era,it is necessary to make full use of cultural role in terms of non-coercive embedded means such as propaganda,mobilization,integration,and coordination,and the governance idea of multiple simultaneous development and coordinated co-governance to improve the efficiency of rural cultural governance,making special efforts on embedded measures and embedded mechanisms,and the cultural revitalization and value integration will be finally achieved as well as promote rural prosperity and stability.This paper,which pays attention to the combination of theory and practice,mainly taking the practice of embedded rural cultural governance in Quanzhou as the starting point,partially based on the case of embedded rural cultural governance in Quanzhou,discusses the supply of rural cultural content,the reconstruction of cultural space,the change of prevailing habits and customs,and the improvement of culture and tourism,etc.,explains the embedded mechanisms such as organizational embeddedness,institutional embeddedness,value embeddedness,and technology embeddedness,and the achievements,analyzes the problems and reasons in the four aspects of a possibility that campaign-style organizational embeddedness,misinterpretation-style institutional embeddedness,Balkanise value embeddedness,and short sighted technology embeddedness may turn up in the process of rural cultural governance,and finally proposes bettering the governance of embedded rural culture in terms of improving organizational level,optimizing institution construction,enhancing value consensus,and strengthening support and guarantee,by borrowing from the valuable experience of embedded rural cultural governance in Zhushan County,Hubei Province.
