In order to understand the mental health status of medical workers in Shanghai in the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,this study used the General Situation Scale,the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21),the Posttraumatic Stress Syndrome Scale(IES-R)and the Fatigue Assessment Scale(FAI)to investigate medical workers in Shanghai.A preliminary survey was conducted among 2192 medical workers in Shanghai.Three months later,when Shanghai entered the stage of full resumption of work and production,1056 medical workers in Shanghai were retested.Through the analysis of the results of the second study,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The mental health level of medical workers in Shanghai is low.The results showed that the prevalence of depression was 45.48%,the prevalence of anxiety was41.93%,the prevalence of stress was 20.35%,and the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder was 75.55%.The second results showed that the prevalence of depression was 79.4%,the prevalence of anxiety was 77.9%,the prevalence of stress was 70.9%,and the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder was 87.6%.It can be seen that the prevention and control of the epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia has a negative impact on the mental health of medical workers in Shanghai.2.The type of work,place of work,daily working hours and whether they have chronic diseases have a great impact on the mental health of medical workers in Shanghai.3.The fatigue level of medical workers in Shanghai left behind by hospitals during emergency,critical work and epidemic is high.4.According to regression analysis,working less than 9 hours is a common protective factor for depression,anxiety,stress and post-traumatic stress disorder.
