| As a kind of non-public enterprises,private enterprises are an important part of China’s socialist market economy.They play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development,improving people’s livelihood,promoting innovation,and deepening reform.With the development of society and enterprises,human resource professionals in private enterprises are faced with more and more complex tasks,higher and higher requirements on work ability,more and more pressure,and increasingly lower levels of happiness in work and life.Subjective well-being is a measure of personal life satisfaction and emotional state.Exploring the subjective well-being and influencing factors of human resource professionals in private enterprises can not only improve their mental health and happiness of life,but also promote the good management and long-term development of enterprises.In this study,450 human resource professionals in private enterprises in China were investigated with the Work Stress Scale,Work-Family Conflict Scale,Selfefficacy Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data to explore the current situation of work stress,work-family conflict(including two dimensions of work family conflict and family work conflict),subjective well-beingand self-efficacy of human resource professionals in private enterprises,direct and indirect effects of work stress on subjective well-being,the role of work-family conflict and self-efficacy in the impact of job stress on subjective well-being.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The work pressure of human resource professionals’ in private enterprises has a direct impact on subjective well-being.Work stress has a positive effect on work-family conflict.Work-family conflict and its dimensions affect subjective well-being negatively.(2)Human resource professionals’ work stress impacts subjective well-being directly through work-family conflict;(3)Human resource professionals’ self-efficacy plays a moderating role in the impact of work stress on work-family conflict.(4)There are some differences in the subjective well-being of human resource professionals in private enterprises in terms of age,working years and position levels.Finally,at the level of the country,the organization and the individuals,some specific suggestions are put forward to relieve human resource professionals’ work stress,help them to cope with the work-family conflict,so as to improve their subjective well-being. |
