| With the increase of residentcultural consumption year by year,the demand for cultural consumption and the policy aregettingbetter and better,the cultural industry is showing a prosperous state.As an important part of the Chinese culture,traditional culture is in urgent need of the inheritance and promotion of the new era,so as to protect the traditional cultural heritage and strengthen culturalconfidence.However,due to its own spread and characteristics,traditional culture is difficult to obtain new vitality.Therefore,how to realize marketization transformation in modern business has become the core theme of the development of various traditional cultural enterprises.This paper takes Baoshan Yongzi Cultural Industry Company as the research object,using the strategic management to plan the path for the company to build a well-known cultural brand with GO as the core.Based on the three-step research technical route of discovery,analysis,and solution,it uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis model,internal and external factor evaluation and other methods to discuss the external and internal environments of the company.Then put the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages into the SWOT analysis matrix and combine the company’s strategic positioning to deduce the conclusion that the company chooses the WO-SO dual strategy combination.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy,a five-year strategic implementation plan was formulated,focusing on the five aspects of restructuring business operations,improving marketing capabilities,ensuring talent support,improving organizational structure,and integrating social resources.Focusing on the core business of Go,it is subdivided into the four main businesses of Go products,online Go platforms,Go education and training,and Go cultural and creative products.Make full use of Internet channels to increase marketing investment,ensure human support and improve the organization,so as to ensure the company’s successful transformation.This paper is aim to provide development suggestions for the marketization of the same type of traditional cultural enterprises.Focusing on the core of traditional culture,using modern enterprise management methods to achieve strategic transformation.Using innovative methods to accumulate new resources and capabilities for traditional culture to ensure the differences of their products,so that traditional cultural enterprises still have a fresh vitality in the modern business environment. |
