| In the early twentieth century,lacquer painting was separated from the lacquerware as a arts and crafts and became an independent painting subject.Lacquer painting has always been developed around the more possibilities of lacquer language,including the research and exploration of lacquer materials and new techniques.Due to the unique high craftsmanship of lacquer painting,lacquer painting artists have neverdques,the author tried to find an entry point suitable for the visual language of the author’s picture among the many lacquer painting techniques.After his own creative practice,gunpowder and lacquer dust in combustible materials eventually became the direction of the author’s research and practice.Gunpowder and lacquer materials have common points in terms of cultural and physical attributes.The lacquer dust has evolved from the early basic material to one of the image expression materials in modern lacquer painting.The transformation of identity enables it to be used in modern and contemporary lacquer painting creation.It reveals the superiority of its materials,and the use of gunpowder breaks through its identity as a destroyer and "traverses" as a creator.The same material has been given a completely different identity.Gunpowder has transformed from a practical tool for advancing human progress to an artistic creation material for creating a spiritual habitat for humans.It is this change of identity that enables the power of gunpowder to be poetically revealed.By studying the combination of the physical properties of gunpowder and the traditional application of lacquer dust,this paper provides innovative techniques and new directions for the existing lacquer painting creation forms.By controlling the traces and texture of gunpowder burning on the lacquer dust,it provides new craftsmanship for the creation of lacquer painting,and provides reference examples for the application of non-traditional lacquer painting materials in creation.The combination of gunpowder and lacquer ash in modern lacquer painting is a dialectical inheritance of the lacquer ash technique in ancient lacquerware.It is also a development and innovation,which broadens the context of this technique in lacquer painting.Combining my own new understanding and understanding of the natural lacquer material,the author uses a developmental vision to absorb the technique of combining gunpowder and lacquer dust,and explore and excavate the lacquer language with my own personality. |
