Research On The Construction Of Quality Structure Model Of International Communicators Of Dragon And Lion Sports In Colleges And Universities

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen international communication capacity building,comprehensively improve the efficiency of international communication,and form an international discourse power that matches China’s comprehensive national strength and international status.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the 30 th collective study of the Politburo of the Central Committee: "We must better promote Chinese culture to go global,and explain and introduce to the world more excellent cultures with Chinese characteristics,embodying Chinese spirit,and containing Chinese wisdom through texts,voices,and cultural people." As a typical representative of folk traditional sports culture,dragon and lion dance can unite Chinese people in the world to promote mutual exchanges and increase the cultural self-confidence of the people.Telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voices well is inseparable from international communication talents.In the same way,as the starting point of the international communication activities of the Dragon and Lion Movement,the international communicator of the Dragon and Lion Movement occupies a dominant position and plays an important role in the international communication of the Dragon and Lion Movement,and the quality of the international communicator of the Dragon and Lion Movement directly affects the international communication of the Dragon and Lion Movement,and the benign development of the Dragon and Lion Sports Communication is inseparable from the continuous improvement of the communication quality of the Dragon and Lion Sports communicators.As an important position for cultivating international communicators of the Dragon and Lion Movement,how to cultivate universities? What to cultivate? How to evaluate? It has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality international communicators.At present,many scholars have proposed the importance of the quality research of international communicators of the Dragon and Lion Movement,but it is only briefly mentioned in many related studies,and there is no in-depth and systematic discussion.This study chooses to construct the quality structure model of international communicators of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,clarify which indicators are included in the quality structure of the international communicators of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,and the importance of each index to their quality,and try to solve the problems of what aspects and how to evaluate for colleges and universities,and provide reference for better cultivation of talents.In this study,the literature method and expert interview method were used to preliminarily screen the indicators related to the international communication quality of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,the Delphi method determined the index system,the analytic hierarchy method calculated the weight of various indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method comprehensively evaluated the selected objects.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Using the research idea of combining macro qualitative and micro quantitative,the quality structure model of international communicators of the college dragon and lion movement was constructed,which was composed of 3 first-level indicators,10second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators.Among the three first-level indicators of the international communicator quality structure model of the college dragon and lion movement,the weight coefficient of mental quality was the highest(0.4842),the weight coefficient of ability quality was the second(0.3847),and the weight coefficient of knowledge quality was the lowest(0.1311).(2)Knowledge quality includes the following four secondary indicators,dragon and lion sports knowledge(0.4820),communication knowledge(0.2713),basic public knowledge(0.1334),international exchange common sense(0.1128),and the three-level indicators are sorted by weight,respectively,communicator profit factor knowledge,dragon and lion sports teaching and training knowledge,dragon and lion sports technical theoretical knowledge,communication principle knowledge,literature and history knowledge,dragon and lion sports injury prevention and treatment knowledge,and traditional,cultural and historical knowledge of the audience country,knowledge of the origin and development of dragon and lion sports,knowledge of modern international etiquette,knowledge of laws and regulations of China and the target countries,knowledge of referee knowledge of dragon and lion sports competitions,knowledge of organization of dragon and lion sports competitions,and Marxist philosophy.(3)Ability quality includes the following three secondary indicators,dragon and lion special ability(0.3931),international communication ability(0.3228),development ability(0.2831),the three level indicators are sorted according to the weight,dragon and lion action demonstration and teaching ability,learning ability,two-way communication ability,communication ability,dragon and lion performance and competition ability,dragon and lion related activities and competition organization ability,language expression ability,cultural empathy ability,environmental adaptability,media use ability,foreign language ability,Dragon and lion competition refereeing ability,non-verbal expression ability.(4)Spiritual quality includes the following three indicators,psychological quality(0.4103),ideological quality(0.3380),moral quality(0.2517),the three levels of indicators are sound personality,communication of professional ethics,firm political stance,love of the motherland,open and optimistic psychological state,firm will quality,social morality,correct motivation and high enthusiasm,emotional behavior self-control,global awareness and international vision,traditional virtues.(5)Through the research and development of this paper,the "Quality Evaluation Questionnaire for International Communicators of College Dragon and Lion Sports" was developed,which showed that it could be practically operated and could make an objective and effective evaluation of the quality of the assessed.And put forward the following suggestions:(1)It is recommended that in the training of international communicators of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,refer to the quality structure model of the international communicator of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities for comprehensive training,and set the training focus with reference to the weight of indicators.(2)In the cultivation of the knowledge quality of international communicators of dragon and lion sports in colleges and universities,we should pay attention to the cultivation of dragon and lion sports knowledge and communication knowledge,followed by basic public knowledge and common sense of international exchange.(3)In the cultivation of the ability and quality of international communicators of dragon and lion sports in colleges and universities,it is necessary to pay attention to the exercise of special ability of dragon and lion,followed by international communication ability and development ability.(4)In the cultivation of the spiritual quality of the international communicators of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,the importance of cultivating attention is psychological quality,ideological quality,and moral quality in descending order.(5)In the training of international communicators of the dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities,regular evaluations are organized to discover the shortcomings in time and improve the communicators in a targeted manner.
