Research On The Development Of Meibei Ancient Village In Ji’an City Based On The Perspective Of Tourist Satisfaction

Currently,China has entered the era of mass tourism,and the purpose of travel is more focused on whether to obtain rich spiritual and cultural experiences.Traditional villages are the main carriers of human traditional settlement and agricultural culture.They are highly sought after by tourists due to their rich humanistic history,intangible culture,and folk culture,and have become important destinations for urban residents’ leisure tourism and cultural experience.Tourist satisfaction is an important indicator for enhancing the comprehensive competition of scenic spots and ensuring stable development.Starting from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,this article takes Meibei Ancient Village as the object to study the satisfaction level of tourists in the tourism process of Meibei Ancient Village,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of ancient village scenic spots,and proposes targeted measures based on this.The specific research content consists of the following five parts:The first chapter is an introduction.The paper elaborates on the research background and significance from two aspects: social and policy background,and practical background.It introduces the theoretical research status and empirical development status of the development of ancient village tourism at home and abroad,the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,and the evaluation system of tourist satisfaction.By reviewing and summarizing,the research methods and ideas of this article have been proposed,and a technical roadmap for the research has been drawn.Introduce the concepts of ancient village tourism and tourist satisfaction,and introduce the basic theories needed in the research,including expectation difference theory,importance performance theory,experience economy theory,and consumer demand theory.Chapter 2 Tourism Resource Endowment and Development Status of Meibei Ancient Village Scenic Area.Firstly,the overview of Meibei Ancient Village was introduced from three aspects: natural,socio-economic,and historical and cultural environment;Secondly,analyze its tourism resource endowment;Then,the current development status of tourism in Meibei Ancient Village was elaborated,including the scenic area environment,infrastructure,number of visitors,and tourism development.The analysis of the current development status of tourism elements in the scenic area was conducted from six aspects:food,housing,transportation,shopping,tourism,and entertainment,laying the foundation for the next step of tourist satisfaction survey and analysis.Chapter 3 Analysis of the Development Issues of Meibei Ancient Village Scenic Area.This article designs and implements a survey questionnaire on ancient villages from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,with the survey subject sourced from the tourist sources of Meibei Ancient Village scenic area.We used SPSS software for reliability and validity analysis,sample description analysis,and tourism experience difference analysis on the survey data.We then used IPA software to conduct importance satisfaction analysis on it,summarized its advantages in development,and identified factors and existing problems that affect scenic area satisfaction.Firstly,the product design level is single,and the excavation of cultural elements is relatively shallow;Secondly,the infrastructure and supporting facilities are incomplete,and the tourism environment still needs to be optimized;Thirdly,the tourism elements are not perfect enough,and the level of industrial development is not high;Fourthly,the original and ancient style is damaged,and the protection efforts are relatively insufficient;Fifth,the marketing and publicity methods are single,and the customer market scope is small;Sixth,the service quality needs to be improved,and the image of scenic spots urgently needs to be shaped.Chapter 4 proposes tourism development strategies and conclusions for Meibei Ancient Village.Based on the previous analysis of the current situation and the results of the IPA analysis,from the perspective of satisfaction,targeted suggestions and implementation paths for the sustainable development of Meibei Ancient Village Scenic Area are proposed.Firstly,enhance the level of product development and highlight the cultural characteristics of ancient villages;Secondly,strengthen tourism infrastructure construction and optimize the tourist environment of scenic spots;Thirdly,improve the tourism element system and promote the upgrading of the tourism industry;Fourthly,preserve the authentic characteristics of ancient villages and protect their cultural environment;Fifth,expand the promotion channels of scenic spots and establish distinctive brands of ancient villages;Sixth,strengthen government support and guarantee to improve the service quality of scenic spots.
