Wu Guanzhong Oil Painting Composition Analysis And Practice

Wu Guanzhong,as one of the famous painters in the 20 th century and even the 21 st century,has a great influence in the painting circle at home and abroad.His artistic creation has been committed to the embodiment and expression of the formal beauty of painting.His works organically integrate the color expression in traditional Chinese painting and the point,line and surface expression in Western painting art,thus forming his unique artistic appearance.It played an important role in promoting the development of Chinese oil painting.In his oil painting,Wu Guanzhong constantly uses the painting composition forms of traditional Chinese painting,such as the taste of ink,black and white color and panoramic composition,to integrate with the language of modern western painting art,thus producing his unique artistic style.From Wu Guanzhong’s works,we can find that his application of emphasis in the picture,the development of point,line and plane from concrete to abstract,from the representation of objects to the expression of emotions,the development of color is the same process.In the creation of oil painting,the composition of the form to create eastern artistic conception,charm,and in the integration of Chinese and Western art to pursue the formal beauty of the picture and the unity of artistic conception beauty.Nowadays,art is in a period of diversification.Similarly,the trend of artistic integration is inevitable and urgent.As one of the successful cases of Chinese and Western integration,Wu Guanzhong’s innovation of artistic expression forms is of certain research value.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses Wu Guanzhong’s oil painting from three aspects.The first part briefly describes its origin with art,the way to seek art and its evolution in the composition language of oil painting,which lays a foundation for further exploring the formation and development of the composition form of Wu Guanzhong’s oil painting.The second part uses picture analysis and other methods to analyze the characteristics and expression of his oil painting composition form,sort out Wu Guanzhong’s unique expression techniques in oil painting creation,combines his works with the current background for appreciation,explores the aesthetic conception and expression of oil painting expression form contained in it,and further analyzes the uniqueness and influence of his oil painting style.The third part mainly records the author’s practice and achievements of his painting language.Through analyzing the composition form and artistic concept of Wu Guanzhong’s oil painting,it further goes into practice.Combined with the characteristics of the current era and personal aesthetics,it tries to apply Wu Guanzhong’s unique composition form to the practical operation of graduation creation for practical analysis.In the fourth part,I summarize my own creative experience and reflect on Wu Guanzhong’s innovative ideas and spirit,sum up his experience in art localization and visual language integration,and try to extend the practice of Wu Guanzhong’s oil painting composition form,so as to provide a reference for the new generation of artists...
