Study On The Great Wall Of Changzhen In Ming Dynasty In Beijing

Changzhen Town,from Mutianyu in the east to Juyong Pass in the west,was divided into three areas under Juyong,Huanghua and Hengling.As a military garrison under double protection,the Great Wall in Changchang Town was attached importance by the Ming Court and rebuilt and repaired for many times.The construction of the Great Wall in Mingchang Town began in the reign of Longqing and reached its peak in the reign of Wanli and Tianqi,among which the hollow enemy platform was the characteristic building of the Great Wall in Changzhen.Also because of the construction and connection of the side wall and the enemy platform,the military engineering defense system of Changzhen was formed and developed to maturity.In addition,the coexisting military management system of the governor,the general army and the Mausoleum guard also promoted the formation of a military-political management pattern in the military defense system of Changzhen.Under the joint promotion of various parties,the military defense system of Changzhen became more and more mature,and gradually integrated with the military defense of nine sides and eleven towns to jointly maintain the military defense capability of the Ming Dynasty.This paper takes the Changzhen Great Wall of Ming Dynasty in Beijing section as the research object.Under the background of the continuous evolution of the military defense system in the northern part of the Ming Dynasty,through consulting and studying the relevant historical documents,the paper discusses the history of the construction of Changzhen,the basic overview,and the development of the military management system,and reveals the constitution and military function of the military defense system of Changzhen as a major military town in Jinggi Province.Through the analysis of historical data and historical images,combined with the investigation of the current situation of the Great Wall in Mingchang Town,Beijing,based on the trend and distribution of the Great Wall in Changzhen,the types of side walls,enemy platforms,and structural characteristics,the architectural form,material composition,and architectural characteristics of the Great Wall in Changzhen are summarized,based on the investigation results of the current conditions of the damaged sections of the Great Wall to be repaired.This paper analyzes the causes of the damage of the Great Wall and probes into the reasonable repair methods of the Great Wall protection.By sorting out the evolution of the protection concept of the Great Wall in Beijing,summarizing the problems in the 70 years of development of the Great Wall protection,studying the development and evolution of the protection theory and repair project of the Great Wall in Beijing,summarizing the experience,thinking about the development of the Great Wall protection field,and looking forward to the new stage of the Great Wall protection in the new era.
