The Application Of Cyberpunk Cultural Symbols In The Creation Of Mechanical Kinetic Sculpture

Cyberpunk,a subculture born in the West,emerged as science fiction literature and became known worldwide as a form of visual art.Cyberpunk has evolved into a wide range of fields,including film,animation,games,design,painting,and digital art,and its unique visual aesthetic and anti-utopian cultural connotations have become popular,especially among young people.The rapid spread and development of cyberpunk culture around the world has created a practical need for the study of cyberpunk culture.This paper begins with a review of the concept and development of cyberpunk culture and mechanical kinetic sculpture through literature research,and an exploration of the artistic expressions and cultural connotations of cyberpunk.Through a large number of case studies,the artistic forms and expressions of cyberpunk culture in various fields of visual art are systematically sorted out,the visual and cultural characteristics of cyberpunk cultural symbols are summarized,and the artistic language and cultural connotations conveyed by cyberpunk cultural symbols are analyzed and summarized.Through thinking and analysing the commonalities between cyberpunk culture and mechanical kinetic sculpture,the application of cyberpunk cultural symbols in the creation of mechanical kinetic sculpture and the language of artistic forms are explored in depth,and the feasibility of the application of cyberpunk cultural symbols in mechanical kinetic sculpture is demonstrated through the creation practice of personal mechanical kinetic sculpture,in the hope of providing a theoretical basis for the creation practice of personal mechanical kinetic sculpture.Through his personal practice of creating mechanical kinetic sculptures,he hopes to provide a theoretical basis for his personal practice of creating mechanical kinetic sculptures,and to provide possible paths and ideas for the artistic expression and cultural dissemination of cyberpunk culture in different art fields.
