A Theoretical Study Of Color Imagery Expression From The Perspective Of Art Therapy

According to relevant survey data,teenagers(10-18 years old),as an important part of the population structure,have undergone drastic changes in physiology and psychology during this period,and their psychological problems have become increasingly prominent.Emotional and psychological problems have become the most important health problems,requiring effective intervention and timely adjustment.Image is a kind of structure that carries memory and mental activity,which makes the connection between individual and self subconscious possible,and is also an important media form in modern psychology.With the development of psychotherapy,color has also been used as a form of auxiliary therapy to intervene in psychological diseases.In daily life,clothing,as one of the media closest to the human body,plays a significant role in expressing and receiving information.As one of the three elements of clothing vision,clothing color is the manifestation of the externalization of individual personality and psychological emotions.Conversely,it also has a suggestive effect on psychology and affects the emotional cognition changes of subjects and others.In this process,the color image of clothing,which connects personal experience and collective unconsciousness,plays a pivotal role.Based on this,this paper,based on psychoanalysis and color emotion theory,combined with questionnaire survey and interdisciplinary research methods,discusses the expression and function of clothing color psychological activity and clothing color image in psychological adjustment.At the same time,teenagers(15-17 years old)are selected as the empirical research objects to reveal the deep psychological mechanism under the clothing color image,and try to analyze the physiological,cognitive and emotional experience under different clothing colors.From the analysis,it is known that to explore the image of clothing color is to analyze the conscious and subconscious psychological activities contained in clothing color.According to the relevant experiments,the first color image is the product of the development of social and cultural experience,it is the cognition,and it is also the external manifestation of the inner emotional state.Second,even if the same color,through the visual formation of different images in people’s minds,the psychological feelings are often different.Third,the production of clothing color image is not only related to association and cognition,but also related to physiological and neural level activation caused by color attributes.Fourth,clothing color is through different colors or color combinations under the psychological suggestion,causing the subject or others physiological,psychological,cognitive,emotional changes.In short,clothing color is a kind of emotional or emotional characteristics,reasonable collocation is conducive to the alleviation of mental illness,but due to the particularity of individuals,so the operation needs to have comprehensive pertinence.
