| In 2022,multi-government departments jointly issued the Notice on Building Demonstration Zones for the Integrated Development of the National Cultural and Tourism Industries,with a view to promoting deeper integration of culture and tourism,enhancing the quality,efficiency and core competitiveness of the cultural and tourism industries,and fostering new forms of cultural and tourism businesses.As a model of cultural and tourism integration and a inheritor of urban context,historical and cultural blocks have become an important place to enhance urban cultural cohesion and identity.At present,the studies on historical and cultural blocks are mainly elaborated from the point of heritage conservation or tourism planning and development,and less involve the suitability evaluation of tourism formats.The research on the suitability of tourism formats can help relevant departments and enterprises to understand the development status of tourism formats in neighbourhoods and the perception of recreational users,formulate reasonable and feasible tourism formats development strategies,and provide a basis for the implementation of effective tourism formats management.Based on the theory of perceived value,spatial structure and central place,this thesis analyzes the formation conditions and spatial distribution of tourism formats in three historical and cultural districts in Jiangxi Province by text analysis,field investigation and geospatial analysis.The evaluation system of tourism suitability is constructed through tourists’ intuitive perception,and the role of tourists’ evaluation is played to adjust the development of the tourism industry in blocks.Based on the research path of "formation conditions-structure analysis-suitability evaluation-development problems-countermeasures and suggestions",the analysis of tourism suitability evaluation of historical cultural blocks is formed.The main research conclusions are as follows:First,tourism,catering and shopping accounted for a large proportion of the traditional culture type of business is lower than the non-traditional culture type of business.The cultural representation and regional characteristics of the block are demonstrated through local snacks and cultural and creative products.The tourism industry is mainly medium and low-end,and the per capita consumption level is basically the same as the tourism industry in other areas of the city.The business space presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "large agglomeration-small dispersion",and the shops show the spatial penetration from inside to outside in the overall scope.Secondly,establish a tourism format suitability evaluation system.Through multiple linear regression validation research hypothesis,it can be seen that traditional cultural formats,creative and innovative formats,modern cultural formats and tourist perception all have a significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction,while negative evaluation of formats has a significant negative impact on tourist satisfaction.Thirdly,the main activities and interests of tourists coincide with the distribution of traditional cultural business forms.The spatial distribution of tourism business forms can meet the needs of tourists and is the optimal distribution point.In the process of construction and restoration of historical and cultural blocks,the degree of preservation of original culture is reduced,and tourists generally agree to "homogenization of consumer goods".The block lacks cultural display,cultural experience and cultural products.Fourthly,the research finds that tourism forms do not match the needs of tourists,the homogenization is serious,the integration of culture is not proportional to the benefits and other problems,and puts forward reasonable planning of the proportion of business forms,promoting the development of business forms of personality,and developing the path of cultural utilization as reference countermeasures. |
