With the continuous development of Internet +,it has become the inevitable demand of the times to promote more extensive and deeper online and offline integration,develop new business models and provide services and products that are more convenient and more suitable for consumers.Coupled with the construction of the content of "Wisdom Travel",the digital transformation of tourism has been supported by policies for many times,and the development prospect of "Internet + Tourism" has attracted much attention from the industry.Tourism APP is an important means to implement and support the integration of smart tourism and tourism Internet,so it is particularly necessary to study the use behavior of tourism APP users.The most important and widely used Fogg behavior model in behavioral design is a model that provides insight into human behavior.Three elements in the model can be used to discover users’ behavioral needs: motivation,ability and hint.Encourage and guide users to carry out target behavior and improve user experience,resulting in transaction behavior.Based on the theory and method of behavior design,taking Nanchang tourism as an example,this thesis studies the design of mobile tourism service,and studies,analyzes and designs the user behavior of mobile tourism with the help of Fogg behavior model,a theoretical tool of behavioral design.in order to optimize the overall service of the mobile tourism system.This study analyzes the user experience of mobile online tourism platform from the perspective of behavior,and studies the interactive design method of tourism APP platform according to Fogg behavior model,in order to provide reference for the design and development of online tourism platform.By studying the interactive behavior characteristics of online tourism platform users,this thesis analyzes the current situation and pain points of Nanchang online tourism platform,and summarizes the tourism APP design principles and strategies from the perspective of behavior design.This study summarizes the challenges faced by users of online tourism platform,combines quantitative and qualitative analysis with user surveys and interviews,and applies the Fogg behavior model proposed by Professor Fogg of the Department of Behavioral Science of Stanford University to interaction design.With the goal of improving user motivation,enhancing user ability and increasing relevant guidance,a new tourism APP is designed for Nanchang.
