| Education is the great plan of the country and the Party,and the construction of an "educational powerhouse" in the new era calls for the emergence of a group of educators.This study takes the personal growth history of educator Liang Shuming as the research perspective,takes Liang Shuming as the research object,and takes the winding process of social change as the background.It mainly focuses on diachronic research,supplemented by synchronic research,analyzes the growth stages and influencing factors of educator Liang Shuming,and on this basis,excavates the growth laws of educators,and provides inspiration for the cultivation of educators today.Liang Shuming,born in 1893,basked in the atmosphere of a scholarly family from a young age and gained many valuable resources for "self-study".As a diligent thinker,he was also given the opportunity to hold a position at Peking University due to his "critical essay",marking the beginning of his educational career.In the magnificent and ever-changing historical field of modern times,Liang Shuming went through the stages of foundation,growth,maturity,sublimation,twists and turns,and transcendence,and ultimately grew into an educator.The factors that influenced Liang Shuming’s growth from a high school graduate to an educator can be analyzed from both internal and external factors.The external conditions include family environment,regional environment,learning environment,work environment,and era environment.The internal characteristics include consistent adherence to self-study,firm educational beliefs,open-minded attitude towards life,and innovative educational exploration.Based on this,the individual growth laws of educators can be summarized,To provide the following insights for the cultivation of current educators:to save the country through education and have lofty aspirations;Self study to become a talent,cultivate oneself and be eager to learn;Be upright and steadfast,stick to your own opinions;Practice personally and serve as a role model;Educational innovation,not limited to one style;Help and grow with valuable people;Seeking others’ opinions and being inclusive and open;Brave and resolute,optimistic and open-minded. |
