| The value pursuit of Marx’s justice thought is to realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.The analysis of Marx’s thought on justice from the anthropological orientation is not only helpful to reveal the theoretical picture of Marx’s thought on justice,but also beneficial to China in promoting the realization of social justice with realistic inspiration.Marx’s thought on justice and the anthropological orientation are inherently compatible,and their ideal realm,realization path and value pursuit are the same.The anthropological orientation of Marx’s thought on justice reveals both that Marx’s thought on justice has a materialist perspective and that the demand for justice should be understood in the context of real social relations.The anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought consists of four elements,which are the orientation of human subject,the orientation of human need,the orientation of human practice,and the orientation of human development.Therefore,the main content of the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought should be developed from four aspects: taking the "real human being" as the logical starting point of Marx’s justice thought,he believes that human needs are the driving force of the pursuit of justice,the realization of justice depends on human practical activities,and the free and comprehensive development of human beings is his ultimate value pursuit.In the contemporary process of promoting the realization of social justice,the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought should be manifested,and the value implication of Marx’s justice thought should be generated in the anthropological perspective.To answer the problems of the gap between the rich and the poor and the gap between urban and rural development that need to be solved in the current society,in order to promote the realization of social justice.The first part of this paper is the introductory part,which introduces the background and significance of the research of this thesis;sorts out the current situation of domestic and foreign research;lists the research ideas and research methods of this thesis,as well as the innovations of the research.The second part of the paper is a theoretical overview of the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought,which explains the connotation of Marx’s justice thought;sorts out the logical connection between Marx’s justice thought and the anthropological orientation;reveals the elemental composition of the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought,namely,the orientation of human subject,the orientation of human need,the orientation of human practice,and the orientation of human development.Moreover,Marx’s thought of justice has the theoretical characteristics of scientific,practical,popular and developmental.The third part of this paper is the main content of the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought,including four aspects,namely,the human subject orientation is the logical starting point of Marx’s justice thought;the human need orientation is the inner motivation of Marx’s justice thought;the human practice orientation is the way to realize Marx’s justice thought;and the human development orientation is the ultimate purpose of Marx’s justice thought.The fourth part of this paper is about the theoretical value and practical effectiveness of the humanistic orientation of Marx’s justice thought.It analyzes the theoretical value of the humanistic orientation of Marx’s justice thought,namely,it critically inherits the justice theory of its predecessors,constructs the goal of Marx’s justice thought,and provides a scientific ideological guide for the practice of socialist justice in the Soviet Union.It also illustrates the effectiveness of the anthropological approach of Marx’s justice thought in practice,i.e.,guiding the creation of the First International,contributing to the uprising of the Paris Commune in France,and envisioning the "Kafdin Gorge of the capitalist system".The fifth part of this paper is the practical revelation of the anthropological orientation of Marx’s justice thought,which is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: safeguarding the subjectivity of the people is the core position of contemporary Marx’s justice thought;satisfying the pluralistic needs of the people is the practical requirement of contemporary Marx’s justice thought;solving the practical problems of the people is the action task of contemporary Marx’s justice thought;enhancing the consciousness of human development is the guarantee of contemporary Marx’s justice thought.The core position of contemporary Marx’s thought on justice is to meet the pluralistic needs of the people. |
