Investigation And Research On The Improvement Of Online TCFL Ability Of The MTCSOL

Online TCFL is a new Chinese teaching method developed on the basis of traditional offline TCFL and relying on the network.As the reserve force of future TCFL teachers,the improvement of the online TCFL ability of the MTCSOL will directly affect the overall teaching level of the TCFL teachers.The purpose of this study is to investigate the cultivation of online TCFL ability of the MTCFOL,analyze the influencing factors of the improvement of its online TCFL ability,explore the reasons,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the online TCFL ability of the MTCSOL.With reference and sort out to relevant research results,this study summarizes the development status of online TCFL,compares the similarities and differences with offline TCFL,clarifies the characteristics and shortcomings of online TCFL,and then constructs the framework of online TCFL ability of TCFL teachers.Based on this,this study designed the questionnaire and interview outline of the current situation of the online TCFL ability of the MTCSOL,conducted a questionnaire survey on 235 postgraduate students of the MTCSOL in 100 universities in China,analyzed the current situation of their online TCFL teaching ability,and conducted in-depth interviews with five postgraduate students of the MTCSOL with online TCFL experience,further analyze and summarize the problems presented in the questionnaire.Through the analysis and summary of the survey results,this study summarizes the influencing factors of the cultivation of online TCFL ability of the MTCSOL: The training objectives of training universities do not include the ability to master modern educational technology as a necessary ability,the curriculum setting ignores the integration of modern educational technology courses and Chinese teaching,the online TCFL practice opportunities are rare,and the teachers are insufficient;The students of MTCSOL have insufficient understanding of the development of information technology in their professional fields,and their TCFL ability is uneven.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the online TCFL ability of the MTCSOL: the National Master of Chinese International Education Professional Degree Education Steering Committee should guide the construction of TCFL teacher training and assessment standards,improve the online TCFL platform,and expand Chinese digital teaching resources.The training universities should optimize the structure of the training courses for MTCSOL,strengthen cooperation with online Chinese teaching institutions,improve the online teaching practice training system,promote learning through competitions,and encourage students to actively participate in relevant teaching skills competitions;Students of MTCSOL should correct their understanding,update and change their learning concepts,strengthen theoretical learning,broaden their knowledge structure,improve their teaching quality,actively participate in educational practice,and improve their online TCFL ability.
