A Study On The Language Application Art Of Bai Folk Songs

Bai folk song is a kind of singing art form loved by the people in the Bai ethnic group area and an indispensable part of people’s daily life.It is mainly spread in the Bai ethnic group inhabited areas Dali City,Jianchuan County,Eryuan County,Heqing County,Yunlong County,Lanping County,and other places,such as Sangzhi in Hunan,Bijie in Guizhou.As far as the documents and materials collected at present are concerned,the results of the thematic research on the language of the lyrics of Bai folk songs are relatively lacking,mainly from the aspects of lyrics rhythm,sentence patterns,the use of lining words and rhetorical devices,etc.,and mostly from a single aspect,mostly involving the translation of Chinese characters into folk songs.This paper takes the phonetic Bai folk songs collected from Dali City,Eryuan County,Jianchuan County,Yunlong County and other places that can accurately reflect the Bai language pronunciation as the main research object,takes rhetoric,stylistics and other relevant theories as the guidance,and uses field survey,literature research,and inclusion analysis to comprehensively analyze the language application art of Bai folk songs from the perspective of rhetoric.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the reason and value of the topic,the object and scope of the study,the literature review of the Bai folk songs,the research methods and the source of the corpus.The second part is the text of the article,including the first chapter to the sixth chapter.In phonetic rhetoric,The rhyme of Bai folk songs strictly follows the metrical standard of "the first sentence has a definite rhyme,the odd sentence has a single rhyme,and the even sentence has a double rhyme",forming a pattern in which the sounds of the same rhyme on the rhyme sentence echo each other before and after,and the sounds of the non-rhyme sentence have a different tone set off in the corresponding position,which makes the Bai folk songs have the beauty of rhythm,change,and harmony.In terms of rhythm,the opposition between the long and short lines of Bai folk songs makes them pause harmoniously and rhythmically;In terms of rhetoric,The richness and diversity of reduplicated words and the flexible use of interlining words and sentences in Bai folk songs have made Bai folk songs have beautiful rhythm and distinctive ethnic characteristics,enhanced the expressiveness and appeal of the lyrics,and played an important role in the improvement of the musical structure;In terms of sentence rhetoric,The alternating distribution of long and short sentences and the staggered collocation of sentence types with different tones in Bai folk songs make the lyrics of Bai folk songs dense and rhythmic,the mood fluctuates and changes,and the language is simple,natural,In terms of discourse rhetoric,Bai folk songs skillfully use textual rhetorical devices such as temporal word cohesion,directional word cohesion,and top-to-bottom type cohesion to make the lyrics clear,with a sense of hierarchy and logic;In the use of figures of speech,The diversity of rhetoric types,high frequency of use and unbalanced use of rhetoric are the three major characteristics of the use of rhetoric in Bai folk songs.The reason why Bai folk songs have achieved high artistic achievements is inseparable from their flexible use of rhetoric;The last part of the text summarizes the theme of Bai folk songs,divides them into four categories:production and life theme,family marriage theme,mountains and rivers scenery theme and exhortation and enlightenment theme,and makes a general analysis of the language style of Bai folk songs,which is simple,implicit and humorous.The third part is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text,points out the innovation and shortcomings of the article,and prospects the future research work of Bai folk songs.From the perspective of speech rhetoric art,word rhetoric art,sentence rhetoric art,text rhetoric art,figure of speech rhetoric art,etc.,exploring the language rhetoric law and language style of Bai folk songs is conducive to broadening the research vision of Bai folk songs,exploring the language characteristics and ethnic cultural customs behind them,which has a certain value for language art research,and has a certain positive significance for the inheritance and protection of Bai folk songs,Let Bai folk songs,a colorful intangible cultural heritage,not only exist in our national memory,but also remain fresh and endless in a long time.
