Research On Aesthetic Experience Of Terraced Landscape Based On Eye Tracking Experiment

Based on the SOR model and dual-system theory,the eye tracking method is used to take Longji Rice Terraces as a case site,and the relationship model of three hypotheses of visual stimulation,aesthetic experience and intention response of terraced tourism landscape is proposed.Based on the comprehensive questionnaire survey and eye tracking method,two groups of people were selected:tourists and college students in Longji Rice Terrace,and a total of 45 valid samples and 383 valid questionnaires were collected from laboratory eye tracking experiment and field eye tracking experiment in Longji Rice Terrace.It is found that:1.Through questionnaire descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of experimental sample data that meet the research standards,it is obtained that the aesthetic experience positively affects the tourists’intention response,and the regression equation reflecting the quantitative change law between the intention response and the aesthetic experience is obtained:Y=1.003+0.506X₁+0.275X₂-0.013X₃（where X1 is aesthetic sense,X2 is aesthetic emotion,and X3 aesthetic spirit）.2.Correlation between eye tracking indicators.Eye tracking indicators do not independently explain the eye movement characteristics of the participant,and there is a certain influence between eye movement indicators.3.From the analysis of eye movement behavior,in laboratory experiments,in terms of the average number of fixations,the differences between different landscapes began to appear（sig=0.001<0.05）,and the data showed that the average number of gazes of the participants on the ecological landscape was the largest,about 9.38 times,indicating that the experimental environment was different,which would have a certain impact on the eye tracking data.Through the visual characteristics of the group,it was found that the participants’capture of the appreciation of beauty basically converged.4.The hot spots are mainly concentrated at the junction of characteristic elements,main buildings or landscape elements,and the visual range is wide;The scanning path diverges from the middle of the picture to the surroundings,making a general perception of the entire landscape picture,which also shows that the subject’s first view effect is generally to see the middle of the picture.5.It can be obtained from experimental hypothesis analysis.In the field experiment,there was no significant correlation between the visual stimulation of the landscape and the intentional response of the subjective evaluation,which indicated that the degree of visual search and processing of the information visually searched by the participants did not have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists.Secondly,the more information visually searched,the greater the impact on the aesthetic mood of tourists.Therefore,the visual stimulation of landscape has a positive impact on aesthetic experience.There is a positive correlation between aesthetic sense,aesthetic emotion,aesthetic spirit and intentional response,indicating that aesthetic experience has a positive impact on intentional response.In laboratory experiments,there was no significant correlation between landscape visual stimulation and aesthetic experience and intentional response.The aesthetic senses,aesthetic emotions and aesthetic spirit in aesthetic experience are all significantly correlated with the willingness to revisit in intentional response.This study attempts to apply eye tracking to terraced landscapes,explores tourists’aesthetic experience and intentional response from the perspective of multiple terraced landscape types,and provides reference for the integrated development of culture and tourism in Longji Rice Terraces.The research conclusions have certain significance for the conservation and sustainable development of Longji rice terraces.It has certain practical enlightenment for Longji Rice Terraces to focus on promoting ethnic culture,optimizing landscape composition and rationally arranging viewing points.Longji Rice Terraces landscape through improvement measures,such as the restoration of characteristic buildings,folk culture inheritance,ecosystem protection,etc.,to show visitors a variety of terraced landscapes.However,the positioning of the Longji rice terraces landscape is relatively single,and the whole should integrate a variety of aesthetics and experiences to fully protect the connotation of ethnic culture.
