| The university stage is the watershed of psychology from childish to mature.In this process,the psychological state of college students who have just entered the completely free university life is not stable,and they have more sensitive and complex psychological activities,which are easy to be affected,thus causing the problem of college students’ social anxiety.The level of social anxiety of college students often predicts the level of individual mental health.When the level of social anxiety of college students is too high,it will have a very serious impact on their life and study.In addition,positive psychological capital is a very important factor of individual mental health,which can improve the level of self-esteem of college students.It can make them face setbacks or difficulties with a positive attitude of confidence and courage.Therefore,this study will explore and analyze the influence mechanism among positive psychological capital,self-esteem and college students’ social anxiety,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on how to deal with the problem of college students’ social anxiety,which has important practical significance.In this study,questionnaire survey,case study and other research methods were used to investigate 546 college students and analyze relevant data.Relevant analysis was carried out on the recovered valid data to verify the hypothesis proposed in this study and achieve the purpose of the study.The main procedures of this study are as follows: First,it is necessary to search,browse and analyze different domestic and foreign literatures related to social anxiety,positive psychological capital and self-esteem,and build a theoretical relationship model.Secondly,questionnaires were issued to collect sample data,and centered on the relationship between positive psychological capital and social anxiety of college students,to explore the mechanism of self-esteem between them,and to explore whether improving self-esteem can reduce the level of social anxiety of college students through the intervention method of cognitive behavioral therapy.The study is mainly divided into four stages:Study 1: The status quo of college students’ social anxiety is statistically analyzed by demographic variables.It is found that:(1)there are significant gender differences in college students’ social anxiety,and the level of female social anxiety is higher than that of male.(2)There are significant grade differences in social anxiety of college students,and the level of social anxiety gradually decreases with the increase of grade;(3)There are significant differences in the variables of the only child or non-only child.The results show that the score of the non-only child’s social anxiety is higher than that of the only child.(4)There is a significant difference in the social anxiety of college students,and the level of social anxiety of non-student cadres is higher than that of student cadres.Study 2: The pair relationship between the three variables is further analyzed,and the following results are obtained:(1)there is a significant negative correlation between positive psychological capital and social anxiety of college students,positive psychological capital and the level of self-esteem of college students is significantly positively correlated,self-esteem and social anxiety of college students is negatively correlated;(2)Self-esteem has mediating effect between positive psychological capital and social anxiety of college students.Study 3: Further,students with low self-esteem and high social anxiety were selected as subjects through the questionnaire.The general situation of the student was learned through interview.With the consent of the interviewee,psychological intervention of behavioral cognitive therapy was conducted online for 10 times a week.The intervention was carried out in four stages,including relationship building,cognitive reconstruction,correction of adverse cognition and consolidation summary,once a week,each time for 50 to 60 minutes.Through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that:(1)cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively improve the self-esteem of the subjects.After the intervention,the self-esteem of the subjects increased from 17 points to 20 points,indicating that the implementation of the intervention significantly improved the self-esteem of the clients.(2)Cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively reduce the level of social anxiety by improving the level of self-esteem of the subjects.After the intervention,the scores of social anxiety of the subjects decreased from 70 to41,indicating that the implementation of the intervention significantly reduced the social anxiety of the clients.Finally,based on the hypothesis of positive psychological capital,self-esteem and social anxiety of college students and the results of investigation and analysis,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to relieve social anxiety of college students as a starting point,which provides a reference for psychological counseling workers who study social anxiety of college students. |
