Dmitri Dmitrievich Shostakovich is one of the important representatives of 20 th century music.For his compositional skills,any one of his works,any aspect is worthy of our in-depth study.Here,it is especially important to emphasize that his creation of "24 Preludes" Op.34 is not only superior in musical art,but also valuable in aesthetics,piano music and education.The music of 24 Preludes,Op.34,is diverse in style and emotional content,short and persuasive,and connected to the tonal music of past centuries,coupled with contemporary freshness and structural complexity,well worth further analysis,study and performance.In the writing of this paper,the author first provides a rough understanding of Shostakovich’s early creative background and the evolution of the prelude genre through a review of previous references;From the perspective of choreography in the works,this study takes the summarized choreographic works as the research sample,and combines them with music scores to analyze the unique creative style of the author contained in their choreographic works.Furthermore,this study delves into the choreography of his works from three aspects: melody,rhythm and beat,as well as modes and chords.Finally,by combining the author’s personal performance practice and reflection,from special to general,explore the control of rhythm,speed,and timbre in performing such dance style works,as well as the use of pedals in performance.Propose personal solutions and fingering tips for the key and difficult points in performance,in order to entertain readers and help subsequent learners better understand and grasp the style of the work,making the performance of such works more exciting.
