| As the Party and the State attach more and more importance to the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage,it has become a new path for China to firmly establish cultural confidence and build a strong socialist cultural state by deeply promoting the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage,enhancing the level of excavation,interpretation and dissemination of heritage values,and realizing the inheritance and development of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.As the core cultural heritage resources in China,the large-scale archaeological site is an important component of the Chinese civilization identification system with profound historical and cultural significance,but its own value exhibits native characteristics such as implicit and poor readability,and also lacks theories and methods on the cognition of the value of the large-scale archaeological site,which have affected the process of protecting and utilizing the large-scale archaeological site.Value evaluation as the basis and premise of the protection and utilization of the large-scale archaeological site,how to achieve a comprehensive understanding of its value and scientific assessment,clear protection priorities,the development of diversified values,promote the depth of integration of historical and cultural heritage and tourism development,so that the sites displayed on the vast land "live" and "pass on",has become a key proposition to create new glory for socialist culture in the new era.Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties is located in the urban and near suburbs of Luoyang,is the most representative capital city site of the Chinese Middle Ages,and its form and layout,design concept and architectural techniques are exemplary in the history of Chinese and world architecture.In recent years,the Luoyang municipal government has actively explored a new cultural and tourism development path that combines site protection with urban development and livelihood improvement,and has implemented a series of protection and display projects for Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties,making it one of the most competitive cultural tourism brands in Luoyang.In view of this,this paper takes Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties as the research object.Specifically,firstly,the value evaluation system of cultural tourism resources of large-scale archaeological site is constructed by Literature Research Method and Delphi Method and the weight of each index is determined by using Hierarchical Analysis Method.Secondly,field research and questionnaire surveys were conducted on Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties to analyze the 7 types of values and 27 evaluation elements of Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties from a qualitative perspective,and then adopt a quantitative approach to make an empirical determination of the overall value and economic value of the site.On this basis,the horizontal and vertical comparative analyses of the evaluation elements and the differences in ratings among multiple subjects are conducted,and the internal reasons for the differences in the perception of site values by different subjects are explored.Finally,based on the evaluation results and research findings,we propose an overall idea and strategic path for the utilization of Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties..The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of the construction of the evaluation index system for the value of cultural tourism resources of large-scale archaeological site:(1)The value of cultural tourism resources of large sites contains two levels of ontological value and derivative value,and the evaluation system can be constructed from seven dimensions of "historical value,artistic value,scientific value,social value,cultural value,economic value and environmental value".(2)The ontological value(0.4992)and the derived value(0.5008)have close weights,indicating that the conservation and utilization of the site should be given equal importance.(3)Historical value(0.3556)> cultural value(0.2573)> social value(0.1454)> artistic value(0.1028)> economic value(0.0573)> scientific value(0.0408)= environmental value(0.0408),where the three weights of historical,cultural and social values exceed 75% of the overall value and are the main value components of the site.While the weighting of economic,scientific and environmental values is relatively small.In addition,there are significant differences in the value weights of each evaluation element in different evaluation dimensions.(2)On the evaluation of the value of Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties:(1)The overall value of Sui Tang Luoyang City site is7.28 which is a Grade III major site resource and is in the "good" class.(2)Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties has greater economic development potential.The TCM-CVM Model calculates the comprehensive economic value of Luoyang City Site in2021 is calculated to be 874.3 Million RMB,of which the use value is 801.6 Million RMB and the non-use value is 72.7 Million RMB.The use value is much larger than the non-use value.The trip rate of tourists in use value gradually decreases with the increase of travel cost,and the per capita willingness to pay shows the existence value > heritage value > option value of the heritage park.(3)There are differences in the value development status of different resources of Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties,and there are also obvious differences in the evaluation of different subjects about the value of site resources.(4)The reasons for the differences in the perception of value arising from different subjects about Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties are different.Among them,the degree of knowledge about the site is a common consideration when multiple subjects make value evaluations;in addition,tourists are influenced by the time of visit,the purpose of the trip,the process experience and the willingness to consume;residents’ evaluations are related to their inner expectations,and tour operators’ own role identification and understanding of the value derived from the site also influence their value judgments.(3)With regard to the protection and utilization countermeasures of Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties,it is found that the unbalanced protection and utilization of the site,inadequate connotation excavation,insufficient regional coordination ability,and insufficient attention to the value demands of multiple subjects are the main difficulties faced by Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties at present.In this regard,it is suggested that Luoyang City Site in Sui and Tang Dynasties should improve its protection and utilization from four aspects: digging deeper into the value of the site,improving the level of protection and utilization,integrating multiple resources,promoting regional synergistic development,shaping cultural space,revitalizing the historical scenes of the site,innovating the development mode,and promoting the integration of cultural and tourism industries. |
