At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty,female painters burst into vitality in this special period.The change from the previous "blank page" to the current "Pink comes from powder" is the promotion of art history itself,but also the inevitable result of social and historical development.They have become an indispensable part of the history of Chinese painting.In particular,female painters who were transformed from "famous courtesans" to "hime" were able to sing with the poems and prose of the literati and famous intellectuals of the time due to their special status.After becoming Hime,she would travel with her husband and leave many works in poetry,calligraphy and painting,and some of them are handed down to the world.Therefore,it is of great significance to study this group of female painters to understand their living conditions and artistic creation.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is a basic introduction to the female painters who changed from famous courtesans to hime painters in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.First of all,the object of the study was determined,and the life of the female painters was summarized,including their native place,geographical distribution and the experience of their husbands.Thirdly,from the perspective of literati,the identity of female painters is analyzed and defined.The second chapter from the"famous prostitute" to "concubine" identity transformation,the reasons for the change of female painters and the process of learning painting analysis and exploration.The female painter’s own beauty and ability and the communication with literati have become important reasons for the identity change.The third chapter is the analysis of the artistic creation of female painters,focusing on the research of three female painters,Xue Susu,Li Yin and Liu So,and analyzing and comparing the artistic creation of each female painter before and after,it is found that there will be changes in painting subject matter,painting frame,emotional expression and other aspects.Chapter four carries on the reconstruction and value analysis from the whole of the female painter’s artistic creation.Firstly,the author analyzes the emotional expression of "self-amusement" and "resentment" in artistic creation based on the identity of famous courtesans and concubines.Secondly,the author analyzes and studies the poems,writings,paintings and calligraphy of female painters based on the social background of the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty.Finally,it discusses the female consciousness and emotion in artistic creation.With the birth of The Times,they express different feelings from men in their paintings.They are more independent and have the overall view of national anxiety.They were excellent self-conscious female painters in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
