| In the 1950 s,the "Walking Mud Society" of Japan and the "Otis" of the United States took the lead in launching the modern ceramic art movement.Since then,an independent category of modern art has developed and risen,and Chinese ceramic art has also entered a new dimension of historical development under the influence of modern art concepts.Based on its profound historical heritage and facing a sharp turn of the times,China’s "modern ceramic art" contains unique aesthetic characteristics.This article focuses on the aesthetic characteristics of "modern ceramic art" in China.Firstly,it briefly summarizes the concept,connotation,development,and current situation of "modern ceramic art" in China,and clarifies its general development process from the three stages of "embryonic stage","flourishing stage",and "development stage",sorting out its exploration path.Secondly,it discusses the beauty of the language characteristics of art noumenon,and analyzes the beauty of its language from the four basic elements of "beauty of materials","beauty of craftsmanship","beauty of modeling",and "beauty of decoration".Thirdly,from the four aspects of the emotional concept,modeling and decoration,material expression,and spiritual conception of Chinese "modern ceramic art",it is summarized that it has aesthetic characteristics such as "image born in the heart," "complacency and forgetfulness of the image," "transcendence of material properties," and "natural perfection of artistic craftsmanship.".From the perspective of "aesthetic modernity",this article looks forward to the aesthetic trend of China’s "modern ceramic art",analyzes the manifestation and expression of its aesthetic modernity,as well as the development trend of freedom,integration,cross-border,and experimentation.Finally,draw relevant conclusions.This article uses research methods such as literature theoretical research,field investigation,image analysis,and discusses the latest creative achievements of China’s "modern ceramic art".The development of "modern ceramic art" in China is changing with each passing day.Its aesthetic issues contain rich ideological connotations and academic development space,and its aesthetic characteristics can be described as the focus of research.This article is intended to provide a useful exploration for the academic construction of China’s "modern ceramic art" theory. |
