A Study On The Regional Culture Writing Of Yu Jian’s Prose

Regional culture has always been one of the new topics in literature.Yu Jian,a writer from Yunnan Province,who is famous as a poet in the literary word,has not only won many awards for his poems,but also become the backbone of the third generation" poetry.But in fact,he is also an excellent essayist.As far as Yu Jian is concerned,prose and poetry are "the juxtaposition of two peaks",rather than the distinction between primary and secondary.After reading,combing and summarizing Yu Jian’s prose,it can be found that there are a lot of writing about Yunnan regional culture,it has a unique aesthetic form and profound realistic feelings.Therefore,the paper will focus on the regional culture writing in Yu Jian’s prose,and guided by the theoretical criticism of literary geography,which mainly studies and interprets four aspects: what kind of regional culture is expressed in Yu Jian’s prose,and how to express,what kind of aesthetic paradigm is brought by the way of expressing regional culture,the value and limitation behind the writer’s regional culture writing will be studied.The thesis is mainly composed of preface,text and complementary part.:The preface part of the article mainly explains the background and significance of the topic selection,analyzes and summarizes the current research status of Yu Jian’s prose,then determines the research ideas and research methods,also sorts out and defines the relevant theories and concepts.The main text includes three chapters: The first chapter,base on the perspective of literary geography,comprehensively grasps the regional cultural characteristics presented in Yu Jian’s prose,then analyzes the natural geographic space constructed by the mysterious and strange mountains and plateaus,beautiful and surging lakes and rivers,wild and powerful animal groups in Yu Jian’s prose.The cultural space formed by “beautiful and abundant southern women”,festivals and sacrifices,weddings or funerals,traditional and elegant folk skills,all of this provides an insight into the richness,ethnicity and regionalism of Yunnan regional culture highlighted by Yu Jian’s prose by the natural and humanistic attributes of culture.The second chapter discusses the strategy of presenting regional culture in Yu Jian’s prose.For one thing,Yu Jian’s prose makes geographical perception and imagination of Yunnan through visual,auditory,tactile and other senses,arousing people’s emotional resonance of Yunnan regional culture in true geographical experience;For another thing,is to explore the unique way of “sketching” Yunnan in Yu Jian’s prose by narrative strategies,such as naming the title by Place name,spatialization of time and extension and transformation of geographic space.Then,in the prose and poetry,novel,image symphony,mixed sound and chorus of prose,the author explores the Yunnan regional culture reflected in the prose by the form of “The broken body crossed the line”.The third chapter discusses the aesthetic paradigm of regional culture writing in Jian prose.First of all,the use of Yunnan dialect effectively highlights the regional cultural characteristics in the prose,and the extensive poetic language makes its prose language both elegant and common.Secondly,daily life is aestheticize by writing details of life in Yu Jian’s prose,based on geographical perception and rich life experience,Yu Jian makes rational speculation and wisdom materialized,also elevates the wild and rough scene in the presentation of the bare and primitive wasteland and closed and backward life form,thus forming three dimensions of his prose concept:aesthetics,intelligence and ugliness.Finally,in the humble nature and reminiscence of nostalgia,show the “the style of mountains” and sentimental.,Yu Jian’s prose’s regional cultural writing constructs a unique aesthetic paradigm and aesthetic orientation through language,concept and style.The complementary part dialectically and objectively explores the regional culture writing of Yu Jian’s prose from the two aspects of value orientation and limitation.On the literary level,Yu Jian’s prose on the regional culture of Yunnan provides a broader range of genre selection for literary creation,breaks the established tradition and barriers of prose narration,and brings a unique aesthetic paradigm and aesthetic direction.On the practical level,Yu Jian’s prose’s regional culture writing is the author’s "explanation of hometown",which contains the author’s reflection on the relationship between man and earth.In this reflection,he regards Yunnan as a "window" to gain insight into the world,and realizes the leap from "local experience" to "Chinese experience" in the writing which has both particularity and universality.It should be pointed out that Yu Jian’s prose presented in the regional cultural writing of the "running book" type of material listing,fragments of writing and the use of coarse language brought about the narrative level of "randomization",to a certain extent,the artistic and poetic nature of his prose.
