| Feedback learning and observation learning are two main types of categorical learning.So for family resemblance category learning,whether feedback learning has more advantages than observation learning,and whether there are different processing mechanisms.Recently,researchers have proposed four new feedback types: gain feedback only,loss feedback only,gain + loss feedback and accuracy feedback only,in order to explore the influence on categorical learning of rule-based and informationintegration.These four types of feedback are based on point-value feedback and the gain/loss framework.Then,in the learning of family resemblance category,under the four types,the factor of dropped point value is controlled to see whether the feedback types formed through different gain and loss frames will have different influences.In the study of family resemblance category,the stimulus can be divided into high correlation stimulus and low correlation stimulus by comparing how much dimension of stimulus changes on the basis of prototype.On the basis of studying the feedback types,it is worth discussing whether the high or low correlation stimulus produced after the change of dimension has an impact on the learning of family resemblance category.In order to explore the role of feedback time in category learning,it can be discussed if1000 ms can be used as the critical point of feedback effect,and whether the delayed effect of feedback will still appear in the category learning of family resemblance.This is worth exploring further.A total of 4 experiments were designed in this study.In experiment 1,a singlefactor intersubject experimental design was used,with two levels of feedback learning and observation learning,to explore the influence of feedback on family resemblance category learning and metacognitive monitoring.The results show that feedback learning has better learning effect than observation learning,and it is also superior to observation learning in metacognitive monitoring.Therefore,feedback learning has advantages in family resemblance category learning.Therefore,it remains to be discussed whether different feedback types have different influences.Therefore,in experiment 2,a single-factor inter-subject design was adopted,with four levels: gain feedback only,loss feedback only,gain+loss feedback and accuracy feedback only.The influence of feedback types on family similarity category learning and metacognitive monitoring was mainly discussed.The results show that: in family resemblance category learning,the gain + loss feedback condition has the best learning effect,while the accuracy feedback condition only has the worst learning effect.In metacognitive monitoring,the gain feedback only condition has the highest estimate.In the results of experiment 2,discuss the influences of feedback type of family resemblance category learning when the category dimension will influence to this effect is still not clear,therefore,in experiment 3,the use of 2(feedback type: gain+loss feedback/ accuracy feedback only)× 2(stimulus type: high correlation stimulus/low correlation stimulus)to explore whether this effect.The results showed that the learning effect and metacognitive monitoring under high correlation stimuli were better than those under low correlation stimuli.On the basis of experiment 3,the factor of feedback time is taken into account to see whether each value can be improved under the condition of low correlation stimulus.Therefore,in the experiment,four incorporating feedback time,using 2(feedback type: gain+loss feedback/ accuracy feedback only)× 2(feedback time: immediate feedback/delay feedback)of the two factors between subjects design of experiment,this paper mainly discusses the feedback type and feedback time of family resemblance category learning and the impact of metacognitive monitoring.The results showed that the feedback time had no significant effect on the learning effect of the family similarity category learning,but in the metacognitive monitoring,the immediate feedback condition would have a higher prediction,but the prediction accuracy of the gain + loss feedback and the accuracy feedback only condition was inconsistent.The following conclusions can be drawn through four experiments in this study:(1)Feedback learning has more advantages than observation learning in family resemblance category learning.(2)In the family resemblance category learning,the gain + loss feedback group has the most advantages and the best learning effect,while only the accuracy feedback group has the worst learning effect.(3)Stimulus type will affect the influence of feedback on family resemblance category learning,and the learning effect is better under high correlation stimulus type.(4)Feedback time has no significant influence on the learning effect of family resemblance category learning,but it has a certain influence on category learning judgment. |
