Study On The Protective Effect Of Pingyang Jiangya Prescription On Renal Injury In SHR Rats With Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrom

Objective: To study the effect of Pingyang Jiangya mechanism on curing SHR Renal damage and Renal vascular injury caused by liver yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods: Randomly divide 32 SHR SPF male rats into four groups,namely,Pingyang group,Benazepril group,Pingyang + Benazepril group,and SHR control group and use Aconite Decoction to mold each group.8 male WKY rats are used as normal control group.During the experiment,Pingyang group,Benazepril group,Pingyang plus Benazepril group,and SHR control group are separately stomached with Pingyang Jiangya decoction,Benazepril liquid and Pingyang Jiangya plus Benazepril,while the WKY group and the SHR control group are stomached by distilled water.Observe the change of blood pressure of rats before and after Aconite Decoction molding,and after drug intervention.Measure the value changes of Urine-NAG,Urine m-ALB,Pro,Ang Ⅱ and Ald,and observe the statement of Renal and Renal vascular to prove the effect of Pingyang Jiangya mechanism on curing SHR Renal damage caused by liver yang hyperactivity syndromeResults: In Pingyang group,the values of Urine-NAG,Urine m-ALB,Pro,Ang Ⅱand Ald of rats are reduced in statistical significance(P < 0.5),and the statement of Renal and Renal vascular get significant improvement.In Pingyang Jiangya plus Benazepril group,the values of Urine-NAG,Urine m-ALB,Pro,Ang Ⅱ and Ald are further reduced,Renal and Renal vascular disease are retarded or cured.Conclusion: Pingyang Jiangya mechanism can significantly heal SHR Renal damage caused by liver yang hyperactivity syndrome,retard Renal and Renal vascular disease,and performs better with Benazepril.
