| ObjectiveBy exploring the health education needs of parents of children with asthma,to improve the structured education program for children with asthma and their parents based on evidencebased medicine and nursing,and constructing the structured health education content for children with asthma.At the same time,structured health education curriculum and curriculum implementation process for asthmatic children are constructed.Finally,this study developed teaching plan,study manual,management diary and other course materials.Methods1.To analyze the literature about structured education at home and abroad,and summarize the content,organizational form and educational methods of structured education as an important basis for constructing the implementation method and process of structured health education curriculum.2.Analyze the previous structured education program for children with asthma and their parents based on evidence-based medicine and nursing,and extract recommendations that can be used as health education content.3.By online medical community text mining and semi-structured interview,the health education needs of parents of asthmatic children were explored.4.By integrating the needs of parents of children with asthma and recommendations and through consultation with experts,the structured health education curriculum is constructed that combines the needs and recommendations of the guidelines.5.Under the guidance of Taylor’s principle,the above research results are applied to construct the structured health education curriculum for asthmatic children,including the implementation process,teaching plan,learning manual and asthma diary.Results1.Through literature research,it is found that structured education content is divided into multiple content modules,use group education and teaching methods include teaching method,peer education method and so on.2.The 25 recommendations in the structured education program for asthmatic children and their parents are taken as the content of health education,and are integrated into six themes of allergen avoidance,life environment management,life management,mental adjustment,drug management and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing.3.Parents in the mental adjustment,drug management,asthma inspection,childhood asthma treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,cause of asthma and prognosis,the allergen avoidance,clinical manifestation of children asthma,asthma children life management,childhood asthma treatments in nine aspects such as have corresponding requirements.4.The educational content of structured health education curriculum includes three modules:disease knowledge,drugs and treatment,and non-drug management,and nine educational themes,including cause and prognosis of asthma,symptoms of asthma,examination of children’s asthma,drug therapy,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,avoidance of allergens,life environment management,life management,and psychological nursing.5.This research constructs structured education curriculum from four aspects:curriculum objective,curriculum content,teaching method and curriculum evaluation.The implementation process includes pre-class evaluation,course preparation,course implementation and course evaluation.Teaching materials include lesson plans,study manuals and management diaries.ConclusionBy exploring the health education needs of parents of children with asthma,this study improved the health education contents in the structured education program for children with asthma and their parents,which are mainly based on the recommendations of the guidelines.Through literature research and under the guidance of Taylor principle,this study constructed a structured health education curriculum for children with asthma,and formulated the implementation process and teaching materials of the curriculum,which can provide theoretical basis practical scheme for the implementation of health education for children with asthma. |
