Transformational learning emphasizes the change of adult individual meaning viewpoint and meaning system caused by emergencies and other factors,and helps them get rid of the distorted meaning viewpoint and adapt to the new environment through testing,critical reflection and questioning.The incidence rate of adult diseases,especially major diseases,is high in China.For this reason,the state proposes the strategy of healthy China and the implementation of healthy China.With the help of transformational learning theory,it is helpful to help adult patients with serious diseases recognize the impact of the emergency of illness on their meaning viewpoint and meaning system,help them adapt to the new environment,and form a benign meaning viewpoint and meaning system to get rid of the disease.In addition,it also helps to help adults improve their health literacy and promote the development of adult health education.In this case,combined with their own experience,this study uses transformational learning theory to explore the education and learning of adult patients with severe diseases in the process of illness and treatment,in order to understand the evolution process and influencing factors of transformational learning of adult patients with severe diseases.In this study,the interview method(semi-structured interview)and case method are used to select three adult patients with serious diseases,collect and sort out their life experiences,and sort out the interview contents to sort out the life stories of the three respondents.Through the research,it is found that the evolution process of three dimensions of cognition,social language and psychology of adult patients with serious diseases.It is proposed that the transformational learning of adult patients with serious diseases is affected by subjective initiative,gender and psychological characteristics,family and life experience,social environment and important others.Based on the life story of adult patients with severe diseases,the evolution process and influencing factors of their transformational learning,this study proposes that we should effectively improve the effect of transformational learning of adult patients with severe diseases from two aspects: the construction of adult patients themselves and social support system.Adult patients with serious diseases should cultivate positive emotions and strengthen their ability to resist pressure;Establish the concept of lifelong learning and strengthen the ability of critical reflection;Make rational use of experience and explore their own potential.The external social support system should be a multi-party cooperative educational subject to serve the transformation and learning process of adult patients with serious diseases;Multi dimensional adaptive education content to meet the transformation learning needs of adult patients with serious diseases;Multiple and progressive education methods can activate the endogenous motivation of adult patients with serious diseases.
