Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Zishen Yangxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Due To Yin Deficiency And Hyperactivity Of Fire In Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysi

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome in maintenance hemodialysis patientsMethods: Sixty patients were included according to the standard and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment+Zishen Yangxue Decoction,while the control group was treated with basic treatment+Liuwei Dihuang Pill.The course of treatment in the two groups was four weeks.Before and after treatment,the TCM symptom score,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale score,and the insomnia severity index scale score of patients in each group were observed and counted to determine the efficacy of Zishen Yangxue Decoction.At the same time,the vital signs,routine blood test,liver and kidney function and adverse drug reactions of patients were observed and recorded to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results: 60 patients were enrolled in this clinical trial.There were no cases of shedding and rejection.60 patients completed the observation test.Finally,60 patients were included in the medical statistics,including 30 in the test group and30 in the control group.The results of the study showed that:(1)There was no significant difference in age,gender,dialysis age and primary diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale score,the insomnia severity index scale score,and TCM symptom score within the two groups had significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Comparison between the two groups after treatment: The treatment group score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In the course of observation of efficacy,no serious complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Zishen Yangxue Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,and can significantly reduce the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,insomnia severity index score,and TCM syndrome score,and had no significant toxic or side effects.It was safe and economic,and could provide a useful reference for clinical treatment.
