Objective:To collect the information of tongue image and pathological index of labial gland in patients with Primary sjogren’s syndrome,and to study the correlation between tongue image and pathological index of labial gland in patients with Primary sjogren’s syndrome,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with Primary sjogren’s syndrome.Methods:According to the established intake and exhaust criteria,the basic information,labial gland pathological indicators,and tongue image of Primary sjogren’s syndrome patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Rheumatology and Immunology Department from August 2019 to December 2021 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and screened.The relevant data were imported into SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis of the correlation between tongue image and labial gland pathological indexes.Results:1.A total of 70 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,with an average age of 49.70±13.32 years old,and the incidence was mostly between 30-69 years old(90.00%),male:female was about 1:34.2.The common tongue color of patients with Primary sjogren’s syndrome was red tongue(31.43%),followed by pale red tongue(30.00%)and crimson tongue(20.00%).The tongue shape was a crack tongue(24.29%).3.The FS of Pss patients was mainly distributed between 1-4,with 1 and 2 being the most distributed,accounting for 28.57%and 25.71%,respectively.Acinar atrophy accounted for 41.43%,and no acinar atrophy accounted for 5 8.57%.Acinar atrophy was positively correlated with FS value.4.The distribution of FS value was statistically significant and positively correlated with the tongue color.The greater the FS,the more likely the tongue color was pale white tongue<pale red tongue<red tongue<dark red tongue<crimson tongue;There was a statistically significant difference between tongue color and acinar atrophy.Acinar atrophy was more common in crimson tongue(18.57%)and red tongue(15.71%),while no atrophy was more common in pale red tongue(27.14%).Tongue color was positively correlated with acinar atrophy.The vesicle atrophy starts from scratch,and the possibility of the appearance of the tongue is pale tongue<pale red tongue<red tongue<dark red tongue<dark tongue.5.The difference in tongue coating and the distribution of FS value is statistically significant and positively correlated.The greater the FS,the possibility of tongue coating being white and greasy coating<yellow greasy coating<thin white coating<thin yellow coating<little coating<no coating;The difference between tongue coating and acinar atrophy was statistically significant.Acinar atrophy was mainly seen in less coating(15.71%),and no atrophy was mainly seen in thin white coating(22.86%).Tongue coating was positively correlated with acinar atrophy.Acinar atrophy appeared from scratch.The possibility of tongue coating is white greasy coating<yellow greasy coating<thin white coating<thin yellow coating<little coating<no coating.6.Tongue shape and FS value distribution have statistical significance.Tongue shape is positively correlated with FS.The greater the FS,the more likely the tongue shape is dentate tongue<fat big tongue<normal tongue<thin tongue<pricked tongue<Cracked tongue;there is a statistically significant difference between tongue shape and acinar atrophy.Acinar atrophy is mainly seen in cracked tongue(18.57%),and no atrophy is mainly seen in dentate tongue(14.29%).Tongue shape is positively correlated with acinar atrophy.,acinar atrophy from scratch,the possibility of the appearance of the tongue shape is dentate tongue<fat big tongue<normal tongue<thin small tongue<pricked tongue<cracked tongue.Conclusion:1.There is a correlation between focal index and acinar atrophy in labial gland pathology in pSS patients.2.There is a certain correlation between tongue color and labial gland pathological indexes in pSS patients.The redder the tongue color,the higher the focal index and the greater the possibility of acinar atrophy.3.There is a certain correlation between tongue coating and labial gland pathological indexes in pSS patients.The less tongue coating,the higher the focal index and the greater the possibility of acinar atrophy.4.There is a certain correlation between tongue shape and labial gland pathology in pSS patients.Compared with other tongue shapes,the cracked tongue has a higher FS value and is more likely to have acinar atrophy.5.In general,there is a certain correlation between tongue image and labial gland pathology in patients with pSS,which can provide a reference for clinical judgment of the severity of the patient’s condition,guidance of clinical treatment and judgment of curative effect from the tongue image. |
