Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction Combined With Auricular Acupoint Pressing In The Treatment Of Chronic Calculous Cholecystitis Of Liver And Gallbladder Damp-heat Typ

Objective: To observe the effect of Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans on patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder damp heat type,analyze the results of the treatment group and the control group through statistical software,objectively evaluate the safety and effectiveness of this treatment method,and provide a more effective scheme for the treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: All patients were from the hepatobiliary pancreatic hernia surgery clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from March2021 to February 2022.According to the completely randomized method,64 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder damp heat type were divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with auricular pressing beans,and the control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets for 4 weeks.After the treatment,the data of gallbladder color ultrasound imaging,clinical comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared and analyzed by using statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of general data: there was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of gallbladder color Doppler imaging: the effective rate of gallbladder color Doppler imaging in the treatment group(83.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the clinical effective rate of the treatment group(80.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: the total TCM syndrome score of the treatment group before treatment was 33.47±6.84 points,and the total TCM syndrome score after treatment was 13.98±4.89 points;The total TCM syndrome score of the control group before treatment was 31.38±7.03,and that of the treatment group after treatment was20.03±6.22.The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and that of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Conclusion:Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean is effective in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder damp heat type.After treatment,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,bitter mouth and dry throat,poor appetite of abdominal distension and defecation are significantly improved.It can reduce gallbladder inflammation and cholestasis,promote stone dissolution,and has no adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
