Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with experiential points in the treatment of spasm after wind-phlegm-blocking stroke. Methods:Choose between April 2021 and February 2022 in hospital during the period of encephalopathy and acupuncture 60 cases treated by wind phlegm obstruction type winding spasm after stroke patients, according to the random grouping(random number table)divided the patients into two groups, two groups in 30 patients, respectively,in the control group used in the treatment of stroke foundation baclofen oral treatment, treatment group is based on the control drug use,The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the improvement of ashworth scale,FMA score,ADL scale and TCM syndrome Integral quantification table after 4 weeks of treatment, and the time of adverse reactions during treatment was counted to evaluate the safety of this study. Results: Among the 60 patients included in this study, there were 2cases of detachment,1 case in each of the 2 groups, and 58 effective cases.1.Before treatment, the comparison of MAS score,FMA score,ADL scale and TCM syndrome integral scale between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.After treatment, the intra-group comparison of 4 scales in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, and P <0.0 5,which was statistically significant; After treatment, the comparison of FMA score,ADL scale and TCM syndrome integral quantification table between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the comparison between the MAS group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.For the evaluation of the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the significant efficiency of the control group was71%,while that of the treatment group was 83%,P> 0.05,indicating no statistical significance. Therefore, the total effective rate of the treatment group was not significantly better than that of the control group.4.There was only 1 case of adverse reaction in this study, whi ch had been treated with symptomatic treatment and the incidence rate was only 0.02%,indicating that the study was relatively safe. Conclusion:This study showed that the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with baclofen tablets in the treatment of wind-phlegm-blocking stroke spasm was superior to that of western medicine alone in daily life and TCM symptoms, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of western medicine related indicators(MAS score).
