Clinical Observation On Yiqi Qinglin Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Urinary Tract Infection And Damp-heat Lingering Syndrom

Objective:Objective to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of YiqiQingLin Decoction in treating diabetes complicated with urinary system infection.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into Western medicine group and traditional observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The ’control group’ is treated with antibiotics on the basis of basic hypoglycemic treatment.Three generations of cephalosporins or levofloxacin can be used for treatment before the drug sensitivity results come out.After the drug sensitivity results come out,sensitive antibiotics will be selected for treatment according to the results,the ’observatio group’ is treated with Yiqi Qinglin Decoction before the drug sensitivity results come out on the basis of basic hypoglycemic treatment,After the drug sensitivity results came out,according to the results,using sensitive antibiotics.There are two courses of treatment(2weeks).The changes of leukocyte and urinary protein in urine routine,urine culture,leukocyte number in blood routine,ESR,C-reactive protein and fasting blood glucose before and after treatment were observed,and the changes of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the results of urine culture drug sensitivity,the use of antibiotics before treatment can better improve the inflammatory effect.There is no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of general data such as age,course of disease and other efficacy indicators such as glycosylated hemoglobin before treatment,which is comparable.After treatment,the total effective effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the observation group had a better effect on the improvement of TCM syndrome score,routine urine test,middle urinary culture,routine blood test,ESR and blood glucose than the control group.In terms of safety,no special adverse events were observed in both groups,and no significant abnormality was found in the safety indicators before and after treatment.Conclusion:YiqiQingLin decoction have obvious therapeutic effect,compared with the results of urine culture,antibiotic treatment can better improve the inflammatory effect and it is safe,can be widely used in clinic.
