Clinical Observation On Guixiao Fang In Treating Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction, Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depressio

Objective:Through the clinical observation of the outpatient case of renal deficiency liver depression syndrome in the treatment of chinese medicine decoction Guixiao formula in the treatment of ovarian reserve function insufficiency（DOR）,the clinical efficacy of the Guixiao formula in improving the function of ovarian reserve function is evaluated,and its treatment effect and advantages are clarified,so as to optimize the scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ovarian reserve function,better promote the application of this party,and provide new ideas for clinical selection.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,60 cases were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the 60cases diagnosed with renal deficiency and liver depression were numbered according to the time of visit,and the treatment group was divided into treatment group and control group by random method,and the treatment group was treated with oral Guixiao formula,and the control group was treated with oral Kuntai capsules for 3consecutive menstrual cycles.Comparing the changes in TCM syndrome integrals,serum hormone levels,anti-Mullerian hormones and the number of ovarian sinus follicles before and after treatment,the efficacy of Guixiao formula in intervening in the decline of ovarian reserve function was observed and the mechanism of action was discussed.Results:In this clinical study,a total of 60 patients with renal deficiency and hepatic depression with Diminished ovarian reservation were included,and all clinical observation studies were completed and data analysis was carried out.（1）Compared with the first two groups of patients in terms of disease course,age,and total integrals of TCM syndrome,there was no significant difference,and it was comparable（P>0.05）;（2）In terms of symptomatic efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.67%and 66.67%,respectively,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy（P<0.05）;（3）Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndrome:the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group（P<0.05）;（4）Comparison of TCM syndrome points:After treatment,the scores of the two groups in"menstrual cycle,waist and knee soreness,mental depression,five upset fever,decreased libido,irritability and irritability,chest tightness and sighing,insomnia and dreams,and hot sweating"were reduced（P<0.05）,compared with the control group,the treatment group had a more obvious decrease in the scores of"menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,waist and knee soreness,mental depression,irritability,chest tightness and sighing"（P<0.05）,indicating that in the above aspects,the treatment group had a better effect;（5）serum sex hormone comparison:after treatment,the FSH values of the two groups before and after treatment decreased（P<0.05）,and the FSH decrease in the treatment group was more obvious（P<0.05）,and the LH of the two groups,The difference in E₂values was not statistically significant（P>0.05）;（6）Comparison of AFCs before and after treatment:AFCs in both groups after treatment（P<0.05）and more pronounced in the treatment group（P<0.05）;（7）Serum AMH:AMH in both groups increased significantly after treatment（P<0.05）,and the increase in treatment group was more pronounced（P<0.05）;（8）No adverse reactions occurred during treatment,and the safety was better.Conclusion:Guixiao Formula is an effective method for treating renal deficiency and liver depression evidence of Diminished ovarian reservation,which can effectively reduce FSH levels,increase AMH levels,increase AFC,improve clinical symptoms,protect ovarian reserve function,and have high safety,which is worth further research and application in clinical practice.
