Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Apoplexy Progressives prescription in treating progressive cerebral infarction of anterior circulation with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collateral-type,and to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of apoplexy progressves prescription.Methods:Fifty-four patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction of anterior circulation with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals were randomly divided into 2 groups,27 patients in the treatment group and 27 patients in the control group. Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment, including control of blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids,anti-platelet aggregation, etc. In the treatment group, stroke progression formula was added to the conventional treatment of Western medicine,1 week as a course. After 2 weeks of treatment, platelet and D-dimer levels of the two groups were compared, and SSS scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were evaluated at admission, before treatment,1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment.NIHSS score,m RS score and TCM syndrome score were evaluated before and after treatment, respectively.MRS was followed up 1 month later to evaluate the self-care ability of patients,so as to observe the long-term clinical effect of patients in the treatment group and the control group.Results:(1)Platelet count and D-dimer level in 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(Pand the efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than control group;(2)The TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and daily life rating(m RS)in the treatment group and the control group were improved, while the TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P0.05).However,the m RS of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 30 and 90 days of follow-up.(3)The comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Apoplexy Progressives prescription has definite clinical efficacy in treating progressive cerebral infarction of anterior circulation with mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis;(2)Progression of stroke can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients with progressive cerebral infarction of anterior circulation, improve coagulation function and reduce blood viscosity, with high safety;(3)The curative effect of stroke progression prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of precirculation progressive cerebral infarction was significantly better than western medicine alone.
