The 19 th CPC National Congress elevated the building of a healthy China to a national strategic position,and the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee also listed the building of a healthy China as a long-term goal of basically realizing a modern socialist country by 2035.The construction of healthy China has pointed out a new direction and put forward new requirements for the health system in the new era.The health system staff undertake the important task of building a healthy China,and their working ability and attitude will greatly affect the pace of the construction of healthy China.Due to various factors of work itself,family and society,it is inevitable for the staff in the system to suffer from job burnout,which to some extent slows down the progress of healthy China construction.The COVID-19 outbreak in late 2019,in particular,has further accelerated the burnout of health care workers across the system.This paper takes the health system employees in Yuqing County,Guizhou Province as the research object,uses the basic information + MBI-GS(revised version)+ influencing factors to design a questionnaire,Questionnaires were issued and conducted through Wechat Questionnaire star.The results of statistical analysis showed that: first,they showed mild burnout in cynicism and personal achievement,but moderate burnout in emotional exhaustion.Second,in all influencing factors,in office facilities are complete,the workload is moderate,bonus allocation and regulation is reasonable,whether work recognised by leading,adequacy of training opportunities,work content is boring,if position is on the uncertainty,the higher for promotion is generally don’t look good;Third,there is a significant correlation between a few influencing factors and some aspects of the dimension of personal achievement and the other three dimensions.Combined with the results of structured interviews and case studies,From the aspect of health care factors and incentive factors analysis found that the main causes of job burnout level includes the workload is big,big gap of bonus distribution,social pressure,lack of positive public opinion guide,one reasonable demands were not met,personal underpowered,personal psychological expectations do not tally with the actual forecast,uneven training opportunities,job content boring,promotion channel is narrow,etc.Based on this,according to the analyzed reasons,this paper puts forward "flexible adjustment of personnel allocation,narrowing of bonus distribution gap,building social support system,strengthening positive public opinion guidance" from the aspect of health care factors.From the incentive level,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as "attaching importance to psychological guidance,fair distribution of training opportunities,conditional job rotation,competitive selection of cadres".
