| Autism spectrum disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder with common clinical features such as abnormalities in social interaction and interest behaviors.The disease usually starts before the age of three,which has a serious impact and lasts a lifetime.Its incidence has continued to increase in recent years.Due to the unknown pathological mechanism,early intervention and education training are the best and effective ways to improve the abilities of autism.The staged and comprehensive sports training is an intervention method that integrates attention guidance,movement,games and interaction,while picture exchange communication system is an effective intervention that uses pictures or language to assist autism to communicate.Previous studies have shown that these two methods can improve the abilities of children,and they are effective interventions confirmed by empirical research.In experiment 1,group intervention was used to explore the effect of the staged and comprehensive sports training on all aspects of children,providing empirical evidence.The results show that the intervention can improve their communication,self-care and exercise capacity,but does not work for their language and sensation.In order to develop a systematic and comprehensive individualized intervention,experiment 2 carried out a case study to further explore the intervention,which combined with the PECS and sports training,taking fully into account the characteristics and complementarity of these methods,to improve the children’s abilities,with special attention to their active communication behavior changes.The results show that comprehensive intervention can effectively improve the individual’s ability in all aspects and promote his active communication behaviors.In conclusion,the intervention of staged and comprehensive sports training combined with picture exchange communication system can effectively improve the individual’s ability of feeling,communication,self-care,exercise and language,and promote their integration into social life.This study is a targeted personalized intervention,and the results can be used as a reference for research and practice in the field of special education,and provide practical value for the rehabilitation training of children with autism spectrum disorders. |
