The sudden Covid-19 shocked people all over the world,and more and more workers devoted themselves to protecting the country’ s first line of defense,and the health problems attracted more and more national attention.With the progress of society,people pay more attention to their own health while fighting against the pressure from different sources.As a special " enterprise",private medical institutions’ employees provide medical services for the social people,and at the same time bear the pressure from enterprises.Their health is related to the health and quality of life of the patients and the social crowd.Jiahui hospital in Shanghai is the largest Sino-foreign joint venture hospital in Shanghai at present.While providing medical services,it pays more attention to patients’ satisfaction.It has been five years since its opening.From the initial overwork to the service quality by going up one flight of stairs,employees’ work enthusiasm is not good,psychological pressure is high and health problems are worryied.In this thesis,the human capital theory and Grossman’ s health demand theory are applied,and the influencing factors of hospital staff’s health status are analyzed based on literature research,questionnaire survey and regression analysis method.The results show that: In terms of lifestyle factors,weekly exercise frequency has significant positive effects on employees’ health,that is,employees with more weekly exercise have better health,and sleep has significant positive effects on employees’ physical and mental health,that is,employees with better sleep quality have better physical and mental health;In terms of working style factors,job identity has a significant positive impact on employees’ physical and mental health,that is,the higher the employees’ job satisfaction,the better their physical and mental health;In terms of hospital factors,the perception of health improvement has a significant positive impact on employees’ health,that is,the higher employees’ perception of hospital health education,the better their health status,and the acceptance of health education has a significant positive impact on employees’ physical and mental health,that is,the higher employees’ acceptance of hospital health education information,the better their physical and mental health status.The research conclusion of this thesis expands the theory of human capital and Grossman’s theory of health needs,and provides theoretical basis and management reference for hospitals to understand the factors affecting employees’ health and find out the problems of employees’ health management.
