Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Wandai Decoction Plus Interferon In The Treatment Of Persistent HR-HPV Infection (spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To apply the combination of interferon to the treatment of high-risk persistent human papillomavirus infection(spleen deficiency),observe its therapeutic effect on patients with HR-HPV and improve clinical symptoms,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of HR-HPV.Materials and methods: From September 2019 to June 2021,60 patients with HR-HPV persistent infection who met the criteria of Nabai were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to the lottery method,and both groups were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b(trade name Andafine,Sinopharm Quasi-Word S20020103),and the observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction(finished with soup and flavor)on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the patients’ HPV viral load changes,TCM syndrome scores,and anxiety self-assessment scales were recorded,and statistical software was used to analyze and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of general conditions: The differences in age,disease course,HPV viral load before treatment,TCM syndrome score and anxiety self-assessment scale score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.HPV viral load: The results before and after treatment showed that the viral load of the two groups decreased,and the intra-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the viral load in the treatment group was significantly reduced,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: Compared before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the intra-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the decline was more obvious in the treatment group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of anxiety self-assessment scale scores: Before and after treatment,the anxiety scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.01);the score of the observation group after treatment was significant,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome integrals: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effectiveness rate of the control group was 80.0%,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis: No adverse reactions or side effects occurred in the two groups of treatment methods.Conclusions:1.Combined interferon therapy with Tonga flavor and the use of interferon alone for the treatment of persistent infection of HR-HPV(spleen deficiency),both have the effect of reducing HPV viral load,TCM syndrome points,and can effectively alleviate patients’ anxiety.2.Compared with the use of interferon alone,the effect of finishing with tangjia flavor is more significant in improving the clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency in patients,and its composition structure is rigorous and reasonable,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable,highlighting the obvious therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on this disease,which can be applied in clinical practice..
